I was very impress with the management very helpful owner of the hotel very friendly and come to see hello at the restaurant it a family own hotel with very high standards I definitely will recommended and surly will go back there. Great luxery shower, amazing bed, nice Spa facilities, good breakfast, great location (5 min drive from ski piste).

No bath on room as was advertised on booking.com and told by staff. Later, when showing the room, staff said the rooms with baths were all booked... because of the nice spa facilities included this was no show stopper for me. Lastly, one would possibly expect a mini bar in the room for a 250+ euro hotel room.

Nous avions séjourné dans cet établissement il y a une dizaine d’années et nous avions aimé notre séjour Hier nous sommes arrivés à 16h15. La chambre n’était pas disponible on nous a orienté vers le bar pour patienter avec deux bons pour une boisson ( bière, crémant ou soft) Après une heure d’attente je me suis dirigé à la réception pour avoir des nouvelles de la chambre et j’apprends qu’elle était prête… on nous a oublié au bar visiblement Dans la chambre moquette pas totalement propre, traces de calcaire dans les lavabos de la salle de bain, pas de sac dans les poubelles et la porte qui sépare l’entrée et les toilettes du lit ne se ferme pas complètement (le bois a dû travailler) Pour un établissement 4 étoiles a 390€ la nuit avec les petits déjeuners on est très loin du standing attendu… En comparaison d’autres établissements 4 étoiles nous sommes très loin du compte

Le rapport qualité prix, nous avons économisé pour s'offrir ce séjour dans un hôtel 4 étoiles et nous sommes au final un peu déçus, nous arrivions tard au petit déjeuner et il n'y avait plus certains mets, l'eau du SPA était sale, le personnel un peu blasé

Très bonne découverte et personnel au top !

Très bon séjour et très bonne découverte. Le personnel est très accueillant autant la réception que la restauration, la chambre était très spacieuse et nous avons pu profiter des piscines intérieures/sauna. Le dîner était délicieux et nous avons été très bien servi. La décoration est magnifique et les décorations de Noël rendent le lieu encore plus charmant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, nous reviendrons à l’occasion !

Tout le charme et le confort d'un grand hôtel de tradition.

Bel hôtel historique, dans un très beau bâtiment, avec tout le confort moderne, le choix parmi 3 restaurants, un grand bar confortable et un espace piscine / spa très agréable. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner. Service attentionné et très professionnel, à la fois à la réception et pour la restauration.

Un hôtel très cosy - la météo n'était pas très favorable :-) - pour un séjour en amoureux très réussi. La vaste chambre très bien décorée, les salons cosys du rez et le Spa vraiment au top. Une mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est vraiment d'un niveau supérieur !
