Great overnight stop for weary travelers in a beautiful area

Easy to find in town centre, parking outside or in hotel car park if available. Joining rooms for a grown up family of four.

Separate toilet with no hand basin was a little odd

Be careful of the raw salmon in the restaurant…

Very quiet place despite being in the middle of the Town.

Not enough parking stay for the hotel, it is sometimes very complicated to park and the space available to maneuver is not sufficient. Must be reworked urgently.

Overpriced and average. Not worth the 160e a night at all. Room was tiny, basic, bad instant coffee, no milk. Toilet so small that I had to sit sideways (and I'm only 1.70m). The auto light in the entrance - really bad idea. I booked it because of the pool and spa. Pool area has potential, but water is really cold, makes it unpleasant to be in for longer than 5 min. Pity, big disappointment. Saunas ok, nothing beyond standard. Clean, no issues there.

Friendly staff, clean, very close to the lake and all amenities, the wellness area and pool were pleasant, breakfast was good.

The bed was not very comfortable for me, the pool was a little smaller than expected.

Superbe séjour

Qye ce soit l'accueil, le service, le personnel, les prestations, tout était au top ! Très bon restaurant avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix, et un personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et très pro. Bravo à l'équipe et au chef ! Très bien situé, l'hôtel est calme.

Le seul petit bémol serait de devoir réserver un créneau horaire pour l'accès au Spa. Bien que ce soit pour y préserver le calme et le nombre de personnes. Il serait intéressant de le stipuler au moment de la réservation

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du personnel le stationnement pour la voiture et les chambres très propres

Manque de transat a l'accès piscine trop de monde pas d'endroit pour poser la serviette et se détendre + trop d'enfant qui ont fait du bruit et sauter a la piscine alors que c'était bien notifier que c'était interdit

Magique...les affiches du festival de Gérardmer y contribuent ? Et le lac !!!

Emplacement proche du centre-ville, balade après dîner super sympa dans les lumières de Noël en plein janvier, super ! Petit déjeuner complet dans un environnement lumineux (baies vitrées), le bar des "grandes gueules" à découvrir ! Bravo à l'équipe de service repas (bougie pour l'anniversaire de mon mari au moment du dessert) et au chef bien sûr qui nous a régalés, nous reviendrons pour retrouver tout cela !

Piscine peu chauffer voire très peu , frileux s abstenir, Beaucoup de bruit de résonance de la chambre au dessus de la notre … et l aspirateur dans le couloir a 8h c est pas top . Des notre arrivée au chèche in : accueil un peu glacial car sommes arrivés à 14h au lieu de 15h Le menu du restaurant est cher , trop pour la qualité servie, le petit déjeuner par contre est très bien en prix et choix varié Mon épouse a 20 ans D hôtellerie parisienne Réceptionniste en 3 et 4 étoiles, Pour ma part 3 ans en 4 étoiles a Deauville : Homme Toutes mains Maintenance

Mittelmäßiges Hotel Zimmer eher enttäuschend. Küche im Restaurantbereich abends aber hervorragend.

Moderne angenehme Klimaanlage nur im Restaurantbereich. Überdachter Abstellplatz für motorräder.

Klimaanlage in den alten Zimmern stinkt unangenehm. Zimmer teilweise neu und manche noch unrenoviert. Wir waren in alten Zimmern untergebracht.
