Ok for 1 night stay

The property was ok if you just wanted a nights stay while passing through. 15 minutes walk into town and lake. clean and comfortable.

No facilities for getting a hot/cold drink and the check in time of 7pm was pushing it for us. The hotel caters for the skiing season so might be different in winter.

Perfect place to stay to ski in Gerardmer

The hotel is very well located just 5min by car from the ski slopes. Free parking available on site. The room was clean, quiet and comfy. We even had a nice view of the slopes. There is also a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. There are also supermarkets very close to the hotel. Perfect location and nice staff. We booked last minute during high season and were very lucky to find 1 room available. I really recommend this hotel to go enjoy some skiing !

Le petit déjeuner ! Varié, bon et bien présenté. Une dame très sympathique était là pour nous accueillir chaque matin.

Peut être le manque de place de parking. (Nous y étions en période scolaire)

Acceptable mais décevant par rapport au jacuzzi et au niveau qualité / prix.

C’est pas loin du centre, le bâtiment est beau, les chambres acceptables.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel pour le jacuzzi. Je suis désolé mais utiliser le jacuzzi comme point fort dans les annonces et ensuite dire au moment où les gens arrivent que c’est 20€ l’heure et par personne, qui se ferme à 19h comme la réception? Bon, soyez pas étonnés si on est déçu et que ça ait un impacte sur l’aperçu de l’hôtel.

Dommage que les propriétaires ne trouvent pas de personnel (cuisine et service) pour remettre en route le restaurant de l'hôtel.

La gentillesse du personne

Hôtel qui mériterais un rafraîchissement. Des cheveux dans les draps et oreillers. La douche n’est pas dans la salle d’eau mais à l’écart intimité moyen et produit de douche vide mais impossible d avoir quelqu’un de l’hôtel car à partir de 19h plus personne. Pas assez de prise dans la chambre et télé qui ne fonctionne pas!Prix très élevé pour les prestations.

Malissimo, non ci torneremo più.

Praticamente niente

Struttura vecchia, servizi praticamente inesistenti. Check in dopo le 16 che mi sembra tardissimo. La colazione è servita fino alle 9 quindi tocca alzarsi all'alba. Il WC non ha sempre un cattivo odore perché non è stato rinnovato da 40 anni. Per arrivare in centro serve la macchina perché la sera è tutto spento e praticamente tocca camminare al buio. Insomma niente di positivo.

La proximité du lac de Gérardmer.

La vue depuis la fenêtre. Chambre beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Les horaires du SPA uniquement de 16:00 à 19:00. Le petit déjeuner prix assez coûteux et les horaires sont vraiment serrés. Nous ne pouvions récupérer les clés qu’à partir de 16:00 ce qui me semble assez tard.

Parking parfois plein, obliger de se garer plus loin. Pas d'infos du prix supplémentaire pour le séjour du chien à la réservation. Pas de petit frigo dans la chambre.

Hôtel basique et réceptionniste plus sympathique sera

la literie est très bonne et j’ai bien dormi.

Hôtel dans son jus, ( agrafes au mur, suite junior étant juste une chambre familiale) une qualité générale assez décevante. L’accueil a été peu chaleureux, la réceptionniste ne semblait pas très coopérative au départ. Il a fallu passer par Booking pour obtenir une solution et, finalement, ils ont accepté de refaire le lit afin que je puisse avoir un grand lit. Dommage que l’expérience globale n’ait pas été à la hauteur.

Voilà nous avons passé 2 nuit la chambre très propre calme le petit déjeuner super du choix apart qu'il ni a pas d'airco et pas d éclairage sur le parking de hôtel

Das es definitiv kein 2 Sterne wert ist Gebäude in Jahre gekommen auf Photo besser als es ist…frühstücke 30€ für 2 man musste ein Zeitfenster angeben und dann hatten wir nicht mal mehr das eine Brot sie sagte alle ist alle und Frühstück sehr sparsam…außer vielleicht wenn man direkt um 7h30 isst ! Für eine Nacht als Durchreise ok aber mehr nicht…die Note 8,5 was da stand definitiv nicht!!!!!
