Bad

I had to cancel my booking 5 days before my stay. The hotel charged me 50% of the rooms, so watch their policy. Spoke with the manager and Booking.com but they refused to fully refund me. Two weeks after I am still waiting for this refund… The reception staff doesn’t speak English which could be an issue too for international travelers.

Calm, clean & close to the lake & the restaurants (the best I recommend is Bistror Mini M).

Whe I arrive there everything was complete different from what booking showed in the page. The room was very old and the bathroom was not clean. I complained and the recepcionista was not helpful.

Rules, there were so many and almost written in an aggressive manner, extra costs for this and that. 25 euro fine if check out 15 mins late (we didnt but the threat was there)

The Hotel and Location are amazing. Only 16 minutes from the ski area.

We loved the location of the hotel and the restaurant that is located in the hotel. The food is delicious and the staffs are super welcoming.

The only downside of the room is that we can hear people's footsteps above the room.

Disappointing

Receptionist was friendly. Location was perfect for staying 'downtown' with parking adjacent. Shower was very good. Rolladen blinds perfect for keeping the room dark.

Walls are very thin so even though I asked for 'a quiet' room, the noise from neighbouring rooms kept me awake. The room was very small, too small for a couple. The bathroom was so small that access was difficult. No elevator warning!

The hotel had a great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helped us throughout our stay. The location is great, quite central, right next to the Office de Tourisme.

Great location, free parking in front of the hotel, right next to the information center and across a boulangerie for good breakfast. 5 minutes walk from the lake.

Rather noisy location (room35) and the showerhead wasn't attached to the wall so you need to hold it yourself.

Doorreishotel met goed ontbijt!

Zeer goed verzorgd ontbijt, ruime keuze.

Kamer niet zoals de gerenoveerde op de foto's. Je gaat terug naar de jaren 70, oude kleerkast, defecte lampen. De houten vloeren kraken als de buren in de nachts komen slapen, lawaai van wasmachine of droogkast. Oude badkamer met bad, zeep op 3 nachten niet bijgevuld, oppervlakkig gekuist.

Les chambres ne sont pas isolées. Nous entendons tous : déplacements dans les partie communes, et chambres du dessus ainsi que les ronflements et conversations des chambres voisines. Prévoir des bouchons d’oreille.

L'emplacement

Les photos trompeuses sur booking, la literie inconfortable, la vétusté de la chambre, le calcaire dans la baignoire, le bruit de pas au-dessus, le bruit des voix et des portes, et surtout le froid!!! Le radiateur est enfermé dans un caisson en bois qui garde donc toute la chaleur.

Bien placé, personnel adorable à part le patron à casquette. Simple et fonctionnel. Ne vaut pas plus. Petit déjeuner correct. Et le top du top c’est le restaurant. Les plats de viandes sont incroyables.

Pour une nuit ou deux pas plus

Le personnel jeunes et sympathiques. Le restaurant très bien, avec du choix à la carte. Le petit déjeuner a du choix aussi

Par contre la chambre à besoin d'un gros coup de jeune surtout la salle de bain... (baignoire simple pas de parois ou de crochet pour en faire une douche). Radiateur de salle qui fait du bruit qu'on n'a du éteindre pour faire cesser le glouglou. Et l'insonorisation... 😕On n'entendais les gens de la chambre à côté se moucher.. Rien à voir avec les photos du cite.
