De gastvrijheid was super ! En ook fijn dat er wat te spelen was voor de kinderen !

Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen liebenswürdig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch von der Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Wir haben nach der langen Autofahrt ganz wunderbar schlafen können.

This was the perfect stopover on our way to the south, thanks to its convenient location just a few minutes from the highway. The hostess made us feel genuinely welcome. She opens her home to guests, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel as if you’re staying in your own home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind is that toiletries are not provided, so be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, and other essentials. The surroundings are absolutely peaceful, with beautiful green spaces, ponies, little rabbits, and the sweetest, calmest dog. The dog is incredibly well behaved and wonderful with children, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. What made our stay truly special was the lovely atmosphere. We had the best time chatting with another couple from Amsterdam while we, coming from Belgium, shared stories about our travels. It turned into such a pleasant evening and created wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing overnight stop or a peaceful countryside getaway.

The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. Based on the photos on Booking.com, we were expecting a clean and inviting pool, and our daughters were especially excited to spend some time swimming after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The water had a greenish colour and did not look clean or well maintained, which made us question whether it was suitable for swimming. Because of this, our children chose not to use the pool at all, which was a real shame since it was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation. We believe the photos should better reflect the current condition of the pool so that future guests know what to expect.

The reception was convenient and it was a relaxed stay. The room was good and we slept well. The dinner and breakfast were convenient. Breakfast pancakes were nice and the pool was as well.

Communication is something they could work on. We told them ahead about our daughter’s cow milk allergy and were told pasta would be cooked for the kids but then when dinner arrived there was pizza and other things our daughter could not eat. Later pasta arrived, with some butter that she could not eat and when we told then, plain pasta arrived later. It was all a bit inconvenient. They did serve pancakes with almond milk for her in the morning. The playground was nice but also a bit run down and unsafe for little ones.
