Great location for sightseeing in the Vosges

Excellent location for sightseeing in the Vosges and the Alsace. Nice quiet location and the rooms are simple but comfortable. Excellent showers. Had breakfast and evening meal and the food was simple and very nice. Good local wines. very helpful and friendly owner.

Never ever again.

It was a real disaster, especially for this price. No proper heating, no wifi. The room booked was supposed to provide wifi and bathroom with direct access from the room, but we had to cross a cold floor in order to access the bathroom. There was a bad smell in the room and the window couldn't be opened. Staff lied about the wifi (it worked in the other buildings but not in our building but they said there was general internet problem). Salami, ham and chees provided for breakfast was not fresh. Bathroom and dishes were dirty.

What a lovely place with welcoming owner and secure motorcycle parking

Owner met us on arrival and directed us to park motorcycles in his secure barn, rooms were great, friendly staff, excellent good value meal and of course the obligatory beer. Outside areas clean and well kept. Surpassed my expectations and would recommend.

WiFi could have been better but we were in the middle of nowhere so expected.

the bathrooms have no window and the ventilation is rotten. thus, the smell in the bathroom is absolutely unbearable. we avoided the bathroom as good as possible and used a ffp2 mask in case we needed to enter the bathroom. we also notified the staff but they did not care

A basic and tired 2 Star rated place, but friendly owner.

Nice location and the owner was very welcoming. Served a nice traditional French cuisine for dinner. Basic but kind of rustic!

As someone already mentioned - yes indeed you can hear your neighbours pee, needs updated as bathroom especially very tired. Beds omg they are back breakers!!!!! Ok for a one night stop over place.

a oublier

Rien une literie d'avant-guerre je fais 195 cm pour 120 kilos j'ai eu un lit de 80 cm de large pour 180 cm de long des drat et couverture d une autre époque un lavabo qui bouge une douche sale pas d espace a éviter.

Rien la bouffe du soir ma femme ne mange pas de viande rouge 1 seul plat tu manges ou pas basta après de la glace en hiver.

Sehr enge Räume Bad und Schlafbereich. Feuchtigkeit im Raum, extrem hellhörig zu Nachbarräumen. Teppich nicht gut gesaugt. Kein Fön im Zimmer, Fugen der Dusche teils schwarz. Wir haben dann nicht geduscht. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht verglichen mit deutschen Unterkünften

Vanaf 22u gaan de lichten uit op het terras achteraan. Je zit dan, op warme zomerse dagen, in het donker. Meer dan naar de sterren kijken kan je niet doen.

Es bietet Zimmer, die im authentischen Bergstil eingerichtet sind. Die Zimmer sind sehr "authentisch" im "Bergstil" eingerichtet. Viel Profilholz (Wände und Decken) in sehr kleinen Zimmern. Dusche sehr klein. Silikon erneuerungsbedürftig. Seifenspender leer, auch am 2. und 3. Tag. Zur Zimmerausstattung zählen ein TV und kostenfreies WLAN. Ja, ein kleines TV war vorhanden. Trotz Satelitenempfang gibt es ausschließlich französich-sprachige Sender. WLAN habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Die Terrasse bietet Panoramablick auf die Berge. Es sollte besser heißen "auf den Berg". Man schaut auf eine grüne Hanglage. Das Highlight ist der Wirt, Rafaele. Er ist immer super freundlich und hat die Ruhe weg.

1..Chambre : Confort de la chambre " années " 70 qui n'a pas évolué depuis .... Literie très mauvaise , draps usés , couverture d'un autre âge....... Salle d'eau et cabine de douche très exigus , moisissures en plafond , odeurs de moisi des serviettes et prise courant ne fonctionne pas . Propreté très limite ......... 2..Local commun : Bruit de moteur de frigo dans salle à manger du restaurant , qualités du petit déjeuner et du diner médiocre . Décoration années 70 , mal organisé , mal rangé , . 3..Peut être établissement pour marcheurs sans abri lors des périodes de mauvais temps . Mais , dans ce cas le rapport qualité/prix est aussi mauvais .

Un très bon accueil. Des gens chaleureux. Un super restaurant familial et joli cadre avec terrasse et avec une très bonne cuisine régionale. Un patron cuisinier attachant et proche de ses clients. Excellent conteur et féru d histoire, venant systématiquement en fin de service.

Insonorisation de la chambre moyen. Le lit double accolé n est pas au top pour les couples mais chambrée excellente pour les familles avec une mezzanine pour le couchage enfant.

la chambre petite, non aérée, lits très durs, serviettes de toilette limites. Aucune insonorisation, on entend très bien les conversations, ronflement et autres "vents" des voisins. Impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres sous peine de priver toutes les chambres de chauffage??? Petit déjeuner fade, tranches de jambon vieux et sec comme le fromage, café bof. Repas du soir imposé sans choix, nourriture trop cuite, la "cuisine" non séparée de la salle de restaurant ou on entend tous les commentaires des gérants. Le réception soi-disant ouverte jusqu’à 23heures qui ferme a 21h30. La liste est longue...Bref à fuir.
