We spent our vacation in three different hotels and this one had the best bed :) And also the biggest room. The owner is so nice, unfortunately she doesn't speak English - but not a problem, we always understood the point :)

The city is very quiet, we were by car so we just slept on hotel and went to trips by car cause there is not so much to do in hotel surroundings.

At the check out the lady in the registration desk demanded from us extra fee for the child despite that we had a reservation for 3 person - 2 adult and 1 child 13 yo. She insisted that we pay 30 eur in cash for child, as she wasn't little enough. We refused to do that and she got very angry. The lady didn't speak english, luckily there was a young lady who was the translator between us. Till the end of our argument the lady didn't (or didn't want to) understand that the price for which we made a reservation via Booking was the final price for 3 of us.

We enjoyed our stay and would return if we are in the area.

The location was very good because you could get to anywhere from it, both lake side towns or through the autostrada which is minutes away. The hotel has its own parking facility and the owner was ever so nice.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been a bit better and an armchair in the room would have made it much more comfortable.

Przemiły, pomocny personel, pomimo bariery językowej udało nam się świetnie porozumieć. Pokój choć mały to miał wszystko czego było nam trzeba przede wszystkim klimatyzację. Hotel położony dosłownie kilka minut spacerem od Jeziora Garda.
