About this apartment rental
Modern apartment, completely restored, inside an elegant residence with swimming pool. The apartment has a living area with a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dishes and kitchen linens), a bathroom and two bedrooms: the first with a bed double and a single bed; the second with a double bed. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment has a large furnished terrace overlooking the swimming pool and a private parking area.
On foot it is convenient to reach restaurants and pizzerias, bars / tobacconists, a delicatessen, a typical pastry shop, a butcher, a bakery, the Church and a small supermarket. It is a 10-minute drive from San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo, just 20 km from Olbia airport. In the immediate vicinity, a few minutes by car are the famous beaches of Don Diego, La Cinta, Haiti, Capo Coda Cavallo, Brandinchi, Cala Girgolu, Punta Aldia, Cala Suaraccia, Porto Taverna etc.

Really nice apartment within a beautiful complex with a great pool area. There is also a large balcony that is perfect for relaxing on.
The check-in process was straightforward and Eleonora (who checked us in) was incredibly helpful.
The only negatives were the check in times. We had to leave by 9am on the day of check out and we also weren’t allowed to check in until late afternoon, meaning that it felt like we really had 2 days that were really dictated by these timings.
