About this villa rental
The villa is located in Cala Ginepro in San Teodoro, a charming town in Sardinia, where it is still possible to smell the typical Mediterranean vegetation and admire the famous rocks carved by time.
The villa is located between San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo, where it is possible to rent rafts and small boats with which to reach the nearby islands of Tavolara, Molara and Molarotto.
The sea is 700 meters away, where there is a small beach and enchanting rocks. Nearby, in a few minutes drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of Cala Girgolu, Porto Taverna, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, La Cinta etc ...
The newly built villa, with a splendid sea view on the islands of Tavolara and Molara, is inserted in a splendid garden of 1500 square meters and has large verandas that are habitable and equipped for dining with a sea view.
The property has an outdoor shower, barbecue, and sunbathing area with some loungers.
The furnishings are cared for in every detail.
For families over 4 people, it is necessary to use the tavern with a third bedroom and a third bathroom. The tavern does not have air conditioners, but being in the basement, the temperature is always pleasant.
Note:
Deposit of € 150 is required, to be paid upon arrival and delivery of the keys. It will be returned upon departure and after viewing the state of the house.
Supplements for services only if specifically requested and to be paid upon arrival and delivery of the keys:
- linen, sheets and towels = € 30 per person
- air conditioners, only if used = € 1.00 per kwh and as per specific meter reading.
- costs for cleaning the barbecue, only if used and not cleaned € 50, which will be retained by the guarantee.
The price includes 2 garden sun loungers.
Reservations are also accepted for long periods and also for the entire villa, which is a two-family house.

Villa da incanto, finemente arredata ed accessoriata, con giardino ampio e perfetto e vista mare su Cala Brandinchi. Spiagge a pochi minuti di macchina. Tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in una bellissima villa ubicata in Cala Ginepro di San Teodoro. La casa è molto bella, accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutto, dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice, al televisore a led e ai climatizzatori.
Poi poter pranzare e cenare in veranda, con la sua ottima vista mare , è davvero una meraviglia, così come il giardino , curatissimo e con fiori in ogni angolo.
Avere la possibilità di soggiornare in questi luoghi , rasserena l'animo e fa bene allo spirito.

Posizionata a 15-20 min dal centro di San Teodoro all'interno di un Residence con ville una vicino all'altra (a volte rumorose specialmente per quelle che confinano con le camere da letto). La Villa non è singola ma è a SCHIERA, quindi è facile ci sia qualcun altro nella proprietà che non è esclusiva. Giardino molto curato e attrezzato con un ottimo barbecue a gas. Cucina ben attrezzata per cucinare. Bagni adeguati e doccia esterna sempre utile. La stanza in cantina è buia e umida e visto i prezzi richiesti non adeguata allo standard della Villa.
La signora che ci ha accolto è risultata molto arrogante e maleducata, quando gli è stato fatto presente che la stanza interrata è una cantina umida ci è stato risposto "che se non possiamo permetterci la Sardegna di stare a casa che c'è troppa gente". Non credo tornermo a San Teodoro, la Sardegna è grande e offre di meglio fortunatamente.
