About this apartment rental
On the ground floor and on one level, with independent entrance, living - cooking area and toilet and two bedrooms, one of which with an exclusive bathroom on the floor. On the floor a large covered veranda with south-east exposure and overlooking the shared swimming pool.

Dogs are welcome but it is necessary to communicate their presence when booking
Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for those residing in the resort. Access times:
- from 10 to 13 in the morning,
- from 16 to 20 in the afternoon
The urban resort is, due to its particular location, an alternative to the known concept of charm and level accommodation. Usually the urban resort is found in large cities, in the capitals of the world, where the added value is given by the contrast with the pulsating and frenetic life, precisely urban.
In the case of Caneìs it is a small tourist village, Monte Petrosu, inhabited all year round, very close to wonderful beaches and coasts, with the characteristics of true life, in stark contrast with the ghost villages of all-inclusive holiday makers.
The resort is the center of a movement system, for those who want to enjoy beaches and coasts, but also traditions, cultural activities and village festivals.

Accommodation was of a good standard, very clean with a nice pool. In a quiet location with four restaurants within walking distance.
Good Wi fi signal
Steffano was very helpful and responded to any queries quickly. As we had a late pm flight home, and there was no booking that day we were able to keep accommodation on with no fuss which made our day.
Weather in Sardinia in April / May was wet but we made the most of it.
Car hire is essential

Bellissimo Appartamento molto spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito, accogliente e ben arredato. In cucina non manca nulla. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice e microonde nuovi e funzionanti. Anche il terrazzo/veranda e piscina comodo e ben attrezzato.
Dalla prenotazione con la Sig.na Sara al Checkin e Checkout con la gentilissima Sig.na Alessandra, sempre disponibile anche al nostro arrivo ritardato, tutto è andato benissimo.
Ottima la posizione per raggiungere le spiaggiò più belle del posto.
Dopo la nostra bellissima esperienza consigliamo vivamente il Caneis Resort. Noi sicuramente ci torneremo.

The house and the location were nice (the pool is definetely a plus) but we found the rules of staying there guite restrictive: IF you want the guarantee money to be returned to you, you do have to wash all the dishes before you leave(i mean who puts something like that on the contract?!), leave NO rubish anywhere, use the pool in very specific hours, and also check out before 9.00 am. Not to mention that the towels and bed linen are not included in the price and are extra charged (who charges bed linen?!). All in all, it is a beautiful house but so restrictive that one cannot actually fully enjoy a stay there.
