About this apartment rental
Articulated on two levels, with separate entrance, living - cooking area and toilet on the ground floor and two bedrooms with bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor a large covered veranda with southern exposure and overlooking the shared pool, an outdoor shower and a convenient laundry closet

Dogs are welcome but it is necessary to communicate their presence during the booking
Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for those residing in the resort. Access times:
- 10 to 13 in the morning,
- from 16 to 20 in the afternoon
The urban resort is, due to its particular location, an alternative to the known concept of charm and level receptivity. Usually the urban resort is located in the big cities, in the capitals of the world, where the added value is given by the contrast with the pulsating and frenetic life, in fact urban.
In the case of Caneìs it is a small tourist village, Monte Petrosu, inhabited all year round, very close to wonderful beaches and coasts, with the characteristics of real life, in sharp contrast with the ghost villages of all inclusive holidays.
The resort is the center of a movement system, for those who want to enjoy beaches and coasts, but also traditions, cultural activities and village festivals.

Overall our stay was excellent! The property was clean and comfortable and well laid out. The AC worked to perfection. Alessandra the property manager was great, very helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this property and gladly stay there again.

We really enjoyed the 3 days we spent there. The apartment was quite pleasant, perfectly clean, and the patio is beautiful, like the whole residence.
With that warm weather, we also really appreciate the air conditioning and the swimming pool ! :-)
We would definitively go back there if we travel again in Sardinia.
