Very much value for money, with breakfast included. Could not fault it.

We expected a budget hotel, but it exceeded expectations. Excellent value for money. Two excellent restaurants within 2 minutes walk and a larger building with 3 different eateries within it as well as a shop. Outside the town but very adequate for our needs. We wanted a stopover on our way south, with secure parking. It had all that and more and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Would highly recommend.

It is strange to be asked to pay a "city tax" of 0.9 euro/person at a transit hotel located outside the city. The breakfast is not diversified at all, more sweet.

Clean and comfortable

Very noisy, other guests were being noisy and disruptive up to 5am and seemingly nothing was done about it because it went on for so long. Banging doors, laughing, shouting, very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Friendly, comfortable, great value for money

It was convenient to be able to check in quite late, and the reception people were very friendly and helpful; they asked our child's age in order to make sure it was safe to use the bunk bed. It was convenient to be able to have the whole family in one cheap room. The air conditioning felt wonderful in extremely hot weather. The breakfast was excellent.

The large mattress was too hard.

Staying at this Hotel was very good! A great location, room very clean, nice staff and a great breakfast! Stayed here as it's a good half way stay between Caen and Perpignan!

Location near highway

Ridiculously small rooms... I didn't know "budget" meant the minimum possible... Shower is so small you have to keep door open to extend your arms. For 44e the night its a joke m
