An exceptional value for money, will gladly stay again.

The hotel must have been recently renovated and it was one of the most clean hotels I've stayed in Bansko. A bit off the beaten path with ample free (private) parking in front of the hotel (at the street)

Room was good for the price and clean

If the bus to the mountain is advertised as leaving at 8.15, then it has to leave at 8.15 - not 15 mins later, or the queues for the chair lift get too big. Communication could be better, such as help yourself to tea or coffee...etc

Spacious, clean and bright rooms.

Very clean, hospitable host, spacious and bright rooms. Accommodation close to ski gondola and other facilities like supermarkets and restaurants.

It was ok as we booked at the last minute and the price was really low but wouldn’t visit again.

There were stains on the blankets, the bathroom was old and not very clean. No elevator.

Everything was cool!

Hotel Michel is located near the city centre, 10 minutes walking. It's super clean, the stuff is very nice and the rooms are vast. It is located in a very calm area.

Superb

The hosts were extremely nice, although they didn't speak much english. In the evenings we stayed in the backyard playing games, and it was very cosy.

The single beds were pretty small, i almost fell a couple of times over the night.

Nice and comfortable room with great view towards the mountain. Close to the city center (within walking distance) and an excellent starting point for your mountain (or hot mineral pool) adventures nearby!

Exceptional

Excellent, clean, quiet place. Very good to find in town and easy to go for relaxation walks and in my case easy to many pools, good for Spring to Autumn mineral water relaxation.

Gayet keyifli.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü yardımseverdiler. Gelmeden önce endişeliydim fakat bizi çok iyi ağırladılar. Gayet temiz bir oteldi. Konum fena değildi. Gondola herhangi bir saatte gidiş geliş servisi vardı. Kahvaltıda omleti çok lezzetli. Madama ayrıca teşekkürler. Beklentimin çok üstünde.

Прекрасен хотел!

Стаята беше много просторна, чиста и много топла предвид минусовите температури навън. Изключително сме впечатлени от персонала на хотела - мили, отзивчиви, винаги усмихнати. Локацията на хотела е перфектна - на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на Банско (6-7 мин.). Горещо препоръчваме и ще посетим отново!

Sejurul a fost conform asteptarilor.

Cazarea a fost perfecta, camera curata, locația foarte accesibila, in partea veche a orașului. Acces rapid la strada pietonala, cu restaurante si cafenele.

Noi am călătorit vara, era foarte cald si lipsa conditionalului a provocat un mic disconfort seara.
