In house Room comfortable with walk on shower
The 2 members of staff at Breakfast were not very helpful and didnt make sure items on buffet were replenished. When asked for pastries 30 mins before end of service I was told they didnt think there was anymore. I asked him to check and he teturned with only 6 tiny items . Quite a few people arrived after me so they were not catered for. Before end of service(about 15mins) the hot Buffet was closed down. Not something I have ever experienced before in a hotel that size and rating.

Stay was great, breakfast was great, rooms were clean.
The rooms and hallways were old and not in a charming old European way. Our room had water stains along the wall and wall paper pealing. Carpet was old with holes in it.
