The room was really nice and clean and well presented. There was a fridge in the corridor with drinks etc that could be purchased and the room had a kettle for tea & coffee plus a selection of biscuits. I had stopped at Greylands before so I knew that they provided a fantastic breakfast which went down very well. Lynda & Larnie made me very welcome and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything that I wanted. Great hosts.
There was nothing not to like. Excellent location near a chip shop & pub serving great food. Walking distance to the centre of town and a few hundred yards from a supermarket.

Very welcoming hosts, excellent and plentiful breakfast served in a delightful dining room with a view of the hills. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Front door key supplied and allowed to bring fish and chips to consume in the dining room.
A bigger parking area would have been helpful, but I managed to have a parking space for the duration of my visit.
