Very nice place

The furnishing is really nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice landscape for walks in nature

Defiantly recomend a stay here

We only had 1 night here, the Location was great for us. We had a late check in and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming

Very convenient for a stop over during a long trip through Italy

Very well located close to the Motorway, the bedroom was very comfortable, with the typical Italian style, Breakfast was perfectly okay, Staff was professional and friendly.

The address in Bookin, and on Google is misleading, as it leads to a gate/entrance that is not used and cannot be used. This caused slight confusion and annoyance for both sides, but was dealt with very professionally by the staff.

Beautiful surroundings, lots of space, very clean and well decorated. AMAZING food in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend eating there. The food was delicious, and local + the short menu to have everything fresh.

The restaurant food was the big downfall of this very pleasant property and nice clean rooms. I had a dinner at their restaurants I’m Italian so I expect a good standard for a not such a small price for a meal. The first dish was a frozen lazagna served frozen cold. second dish was fillet with mushrooms that I had asked to be not bloody it was raw and it was non chewable it felt like chewing gum with no taste at all I’m afraid to say that was the one and only big complain I have about that property . on the other hand the room was amazing super clean very fresh feel .

The staff, the facilities and the setting in the middle of a working fruit farm. As it was in the middle of the vacation time in Italy, the restaurant was closed but we were giving directions to a great alternative!

The place is beautiful is an excellent place to stay if you are doing the Via Degli Dei or even if you are going with your family, I will definitely will go again. We arrived after lunch and Alexandra was very kind to arrange some food for us before the dinner, the dinner was delightful and is really nice to know that the restaurant use local products.

Please keep going with the good service that you provide, I have nothing to complain about this place is a gem!

A fantastic stay. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly, professional and attentive staff. The views of the Apennines from the bedroom were stunning and food excellent.

Nice plays to stay on Bologna-Firence

Everything was very nice and definitely worth the money. Room was large enough and clean. The dinner was very good but the breakfast could be a bit better.

If you leave your windows open at night you can hear the traffic from nearby highway.

Nice place!

Very nice place to stay if you just want to make a one night stop. Clean and cosy room and only 1 minute away from the highway - therefore a bit loud but the windows are very good!
