Amazing, lovely and magical!

Its a place to surrender with your soul, peaceful and calm. We enjpyed the extraordinary ambience. The breakfast was prepared with extra care and the axurvedic massages are very much recommended!

Reservations in the creperie are taken seriously. There is no discussion about last minute orders even if its a hungry child.

Magical unique comfort

Incredible totally unique experience. Felt transported to another time yet with all the conveniences. Magical place, hardly have words it is so comfortable, so crazy beautiful. The care and love here is in every detail. Best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, chambre de hôte… We will be going back.

Our room was actually a suite with a separate study. Surroundings were beautiful, breakfast excellent and service like in 5-star hotel- only it's a historic castle. This is as close as you might ever get to being invited to spend a night in a historic castle. Our toilet was in the small tower with archers windows ❤️

Beautiful chateau, a heavenly setting, beautiful walk through the estate woods. Unique accommodation. Lovely evening at the creperie. Beautiful breakfast in the breakfast room. Lovely people. Helped us jusp start our car when we were due to leave for the ferry. We would very much like to return. Thank you for the fabulous hospitality.

A fantastic location with the most welcoming hosts.

Superb location. The castle setting is amazing. The gardens offered a lovely walk through the woods. There is a crêperie at basement level. The food was lovely. Over all the hosts were very welcoming and encouraged us to have a look around the whole estate. Very impressive.

Beautiful chateau with lovely grounds.

Amazing ambience, beautiful buildings and setting. Super helpful and friendly staff. Comfy beds, spacious rooms that were charmingly decorated in a shabby-chic style. Delicious breakfast with a wide range of home made jams. The grounds were spectacular in the spring with beautiful flowers and full of birdsong. We were able to keep our bikes safely in the old stables. We learned how to play French Billiards (no pockets on the table!)

The creperie at the Chateau is only open in High Season, so we couldn't get a drink or meal at the Chateau. We had an excellent meal at Sciotot, which is about 10 minute bike ride way.

The accommodation is in a stunning location, set inside the walls of this 15th C chateau. Its full of character, and the staff are extremely friendly.

Not a dislike, but advice. Do book the creperie for dinner, as there is little else in the vicinity.

Breakfast is excellent. Room newly refurbished and the grounds are beautiful, as is the building. Close to beautiful beaches at Sciotot.

The old castle, full of charme and giving you the feeling of being in the Middle Ages. The breakfast is very good. The beach is only a two-minute drive away.

The place is amazing: in the middle of the countryside, 30min walking distance from the beach, there this castle. The owner is friendly; the breakfast is delicious. I recommend to have dinner at the creperie within the castle: you will never forget the gallettes!

Beautiful old chateau in a small charming village near the coast very comfortable bed with memory foam mattress & lovely sheets The property was in need of some renovations but this just added to its charm. Great to have breakfast included

A fantastic domain in a beautiful garden with great breakfast.

Le Rozel is a great domain dating back to the middle ages. It is surrounded by a very beautiful garden & forest were you can walk around. We had our own separate house with all modern comfort. The breakfast was very good and managed by Manon. She also gave us valuable advise on which places we could visit and she also advised us on some excellent restaurants. I can fully recommend Le Rozel !!

The beautiful building, the garden, the location, excellent breakfast, with a very friendly and helpful lady to serve.

The creperie didn’t offer a gluten free alternative so we were unable to try it. A missed opportunity as gluten-free pancakes are easy to make!

Château Bonheur et Vacances

The Chateau is absolutely stunning in a great location to go and easily travel around the region / beaches. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful you feel that you are staying with friends and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We stayed with our dog and baby and had a brilliant time - we felt on holiday. We also ate at the chateau Rozelie Crêperie in the evening - the food was great quality, home made and very fresh and the service was superbe - was really good to have the option to eat onsite as we could just settle our little one and enjoy the evening. Would absolutely recommend! And we look forward to visiting again :) Merci beaucoup !

Better attention to detail. In our family suite the sofas were sponge rectangles placed against the walls that gradually creep into the room as you sit. These need to be replaced with good quality furniture. Similarly, the bed linen was of mediocre quality.

Perfect visit

Absolutely incredible. Beautiful location, beautiful grounds, the rooms are perfect, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the Crêperie which was delicious. The perfect way to end our holiday in France - we cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much.
