A lovely relaxing stay, it lived up to our expectations.

This hotel is in a beautiful location. We have been visiting the restaurant for many years as we used to own a house nearby. It has always been our favourite place to go for a meal as a family. It is a very relaxing place. Our meal in the restaurant was excellent and we were given my favourite table in the window, which was the icing on the cake!

The bathroom was a little small, but was very clean.

Charming common areas, great breakfast. Price a bit on the high side given small-ish rooms.

The hotel is situated in a lovely location across a quiet road right on the beach. The common areas are charmingly decorated and comfortable. At check in you are welcomed with a complementary drink and the breakfast buffet was very good, focusing on local and organic products.

I found the room a bit small and was glad that we did not have large luggage. I had asked for a room with a terrace, which we got, but the terrace is not private ie. it is shared with a number of rooms with dividers in between. This may be on the website but I didn't notice it if it was. Given this, I found the room a bit pricey.

A perfect location for a multi generational family holiday.

Breakfast was delicious. It could have been improved by some the inclusion of some fresh summer fruit. Dinners were delicious. Light summer cooking - mainly fish & veal.

Good location, superb staff but poor accommodation = poor value for money.

The staff is first class - very friendly, efficient and helpful. The location of the premises, overlooking the sea, is very good.

The rooms are very small; the sea-view balconies are very poor, with no privacy from each other; the breakfast was poor, and particularly miserable for any residents arriving at the breakfast-room after 9.00am. Also, at the time of our stay, there was reconstruction work in progress with noise from 7.00 each morning (no advance notice was given, nor any reduction in price of accommodation.

Lovely homely hotel with very friendly and jovial receptionist. The balcony facing north-west allowed you to make the most of the evening sun.

The room and en suite were tiny but the balcony gave you a bit of extra space.

The location on the beachfront was perfect. The hotel was well equipped and very stylish. Thoughtful extras for guests. The dinner was delicious and served in the comfortable dining room. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options and freshly served.

A small table on the balcony for drinks would have been nice and perhaps a small drinks fridge.

We will be back

Lovely stop off for last night of holiday en route to a morning check-in at Cherbourg ferry. Pretty hotel, brilliant sea front location and oh so peaceful. Drinks on terrace looking over sea, nice dinner and sea view room. No air con or fan but open window didn't admit mosquitoes as would have happened further south.

Relaxing, peaceful, comfortable and very enjoyable in every way

Exceptionally quiet, comfortable, and clean room. We had a side view of the sea, and the sea air was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable, everything was very clean and fresh. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent. The decor at the hotel is modern but fitting with the age of the building, with individual touches everywhere.

Some staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well presented. The room was as described and I was really pleased to find tea and coffee making facilities in the room (has been missing in other hotels we stayed at in France). Bottles of water and bag of cakes were appreciated too. The location is beautiful, right on the beach.

Some staff weren't great. The person greating us made us wait ten minutes to check in because he needed to finish typing up the menus. On our departure, we were chased down the street to pay for an additional €6 city tax. This was not explained to us or included in the original price. It was only €6 but left me feeling like we'd been scammed for extras. The bedroom had two windows with the curtains on one window not covering the whole window so the bedroom was light from dawn. No vegetarian options on the menu at all. I asked a member of staff if the chef would be able to do anything vegetarian and she said they could give us the vegetables without meat or fish. Clearly no understanding of dietary needs or nutrition. Its so simple to cater for vegetarian and vegan diets nowadays. There really is no excuse.

Parfait pour un weekend en amoureux

1/ Le personnel Je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli dans un hôtel, et ma femme pense exactement pareil. Tous étaient super attentionnés et ont contribué à faire de ce week end le meilleur anniversaire de mariage que nous pouvions espérer. 2/ Le restaurant (petit déjeuner et repas) Très très bon, le buffet du petit déjeuner était très généreux et uniquement composé de bons produits ! Le prix était tout à fait raisonnable. Les repas étaient également très bons, bien élaborés et avec un bon rapport qualité/prix 3/ le lieux Hors saison mais néanmoins très joli, la plage est très agréable pour se balader (attention à la marée qui monte vite!) La chambre était très belle et globalement toute la décoration de l'hôtel était de bon gout, la vue sur la mer était imprenable! Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel des isles <3

Le personnel , très agréable, accueillant, ouvert à l'échange et au partage ( très agréable) un client n'est pas ici seulement une CB. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, l'hôtel ( décoration, propreté, verre de bienvenue...parfait )

Le seul bémol est la petite taille de notre chambre 104. Les photos que nous avions observé présentaient une chambre plus spacieuse. Mais celle-ci restait dans une norme standard.

Un séjour calme et agréable face à la mer

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel des Îsles hors saison, ce qui a ses avantages et ses petits inconvénients. Le grand plus : un surclassement en chambre avec terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la mer — un vrai bonheur au réveil ! L’accueil a été charmant et attentionné, avec un petit verre de bienvenue très apprécié. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, juste en face de la plage, et très calme à cette période. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. La chambre offre tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. À noter : le restaurant de l’hôtel était fermé pendant notre séjour (hors saison), et il y a peu d’options ouvertes dans les environs à cette période — mieux vaut le savoir à l’avance. Petit bémol également sur l’insonorisation : les chambres sont assez petites et les portes donnent directement sur le couloir, ce qui peut rendre l’hôtel plus bruyant quand il est complet. Mais dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour, idéal pour profiter du bord de mer dans un cadre élégant et apaisant.

La taille de la chambre un peu petite mais suffisante pour une nuit.
