Splendid stay!!
Our stay was truly delightful! The service was outstanding — especially at the restaurant, where Olga added a lovely personal touch with her warm and friendly manner. Savelyi was impressively efficient, and the entire team handled the busy crowd with ease and a smile. The staff worked tirelessly, making everything run smoothly. The pool was spotless and inviting, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. A special thanks to Elias, the manager, who ensured a quick check-in and patiently answered all our questions. We loved the convenience of renting bathrobes and towels, and the ski equipment storage room was very handy. Overall, a truly pleasant and well-organised stay — we’d love to return!
More veg options at the restaurant would have been helpful.

The place, the room and facilities (pool, sauna and ski room), the hotel itself.
I missed a bit of hot food for breakfast, being all cold cuts, fruit and the typical cereals, etc.), but coffee was good

Room were great. And the facilities had a Sauna, good Restaurant and a small indoor pool which was perfect. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Location was good.

Pleasant
The dinner at the restaurant we had to reserve until 5pm but at the end we had to wait for our dinner almost an hour. With the small 2 kids it was so exhausting. After one hour of waiting nobody wanted to eat already. And as “a bonus” the brought a wrong food, at the end even without apologizing told me, that I had an old day menu…Honestly I didn’t have any energy for solving this so I just left it like it was. Also check your bills at the end. The hotel manager charged is 29€ for some “Chanel changes”. What was that? Maybe they counted that since I don’t speak good German they can full me!? Despite of those 2 unpleasant situations everything was fine.

Very cozy, relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great location!
The location is perfectly settled in between the ski resort and Lidl which are a few minutes away. Great Mountain View’s and relaxing feel. Our family enjoyed the indoor heated pool very much. The food is great at breakfast and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly too! Definitely will come back!
Nothing significant really. It would be great to have the restaurant open all day but not a big deal since you can easily drive for 5mins or so to Lidl.
