Location was good; it was clean. Bed was wonderfully comfortable.
Aircon fixed very low; breakfast was quite basic; the shower was fiddly

Good location
Bathroom shower head needs repair. Bathroom door handle made a super loud noise, waking people at night. Had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room. The elevator didn’t go to the top floor to our suite. Plus the elevator was very small.

Great location, staff was super friendly and very helpful. As an English speaker, I really appreciated being able to communicate in my own language. Appreciated that there was an elevator.

Location
Rooms have no privacy in regards of sounds! I could hear the conversations of everyone around my room !
