Mokinba Hotels King

I stayed 2 nights only and when I checked in my wife told me that the door is broken and take a picture of it a proof thats not us but the door still working and not a big deal to reach the reception and to mention that from the beginning(which is my mistake I should told them)but as many hotels in otaly little bit classic and olf so I said may be the hotel old and they know this broken so when I checked out I left my bags for one hour and will return to take ot and leave I surprised for a call from my bank telling me Mokinba hotel trying to chagre the card 300 euro (because I am wealth customer so the bank should call me to authorize the transaction )and thanks god that I have this option as I rejected it and return back to them and the girl in the reception was very very very rude looking at me as I am killer or theif and start to speak with my wife in a very bad way you broke the door and left and started to say wrong stories like we heard you fighting together and broke the door she was very rude and thanks god i have the pictures from the beginning and showed it to the other guy and started to tell me no no you did and after a while they checked the date and time of the picture and found its after 1 minute from my check in,at the end they charged me 300 euro because they hace my card number as security and without telling me that they will charge or even why then when they saw the transaction faild they started to tell me you broke the door and have a problem so please avoid and they are scam and not trusted hotel taking the cards from guests and charges them without any request or telling them even why,they dont know that may be a nice and good guests as a manager in big it company and his wife a big doctor and be their guests and they will say the truth if they broke something and can pay any amount but if they really do and no need to lie because of just 300 Euros and the reception girl talk like this with my wife ,I dont think she can see her in my wife map!!

Long story short: - Pictures do not match the actual hotel- it has been run down and poorly maintained in overall presentation. Laundry on the floor all over the hotel in passageways etc, - All staff except one (in particular) were pleasant. - I had 4 rooms and all were co,peltely different. Some showers in particular were downright unusable. Couldn't even stand up properly because the width of the bathtub was too narrow so needs to stand with one foot in front of th other - ridiculous. Some rooms are tiny and some more spacious, but vastly different in design which was so strange, Aircon works but is kind of stuck around d 25 Celsius which may be warm for some. - Location is pretty good, about 10mins walk to Duomo. Main elevator broken, and I have a feeling it will never be fixed so you need to use the tiny staff elevator which can fit 2 people. - Considering the price of hotels in Milan, the hotel is ok, but lower your expectations vs the pictures you see online.
