The room was big and spacious, clean and well equipped. Both main bed and sofa bed were comfy. Location was great, just 2 min walk ro shopping area, cafes, resturants and land marks. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready way earlier than we expected and we got an early check in which was very conviniet as we had an early flight.
The breakfast was not good, we only ate once and werent happy about it.
WiFi was slow.

The room was pleasant. The bathroom was good. The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the place was pleasant.
The staff could know better about where guests can park their car, and maybe the hotel should have an arrangement with a nearby carpark to provide guests with a discount. The room was too small, and the price, like a lot of hotels in Milan, was not great value. Having said all that, I would recommend staying here, as the main points were good.

The proximity
There was a burning smell in room and they dealt with us in a very dissatisfactory way. We didnt get to stay comfortably in a fixed room and no adjustments were provided.
