The location of Straf hotel is 10/10 as it is near Duomo, cafes, restaurants and all the shops. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff is always willing to help, the rooms and the facilities are super modern and very clean.
The only thing I would say is the limited light on the staircase of the hotel. The concept of the hotel is quite dark and modern but just for convenience and inclusivity of all people who may visibly struggle.

Rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well designed. Windows opened onto the street, little details were all taken care of.
The pool and spa area needs to attention. It was worn out, a little smelly and saunas did not work properly.
