I was told that everything is smaller in Europe, yet i did not expect an elevator can be so tiny that my small size wheelchair cannot be put in it. When I found the poor layout of the room for 3 people, I asked the reception for help since I cannot use my wheelchair at all in the room. The lady at the reception was very rude and did not want to help by telling me that she has given me the largest room in the hotel and there is nothing she can do about it. I had to be my advocate since I NEED to use my wheelchair. Another staff was willingly to come to our room to at least to see the problem that we had. After a couple of back and forth, he found out a room better for us: at least I can use my wheelchair. I am very thankful for him.
When I booked the hotel, I left the message. yet the lady denied she received any message and told me to make complains to Expedia, cause she said I booked via Expedia, but I booked via Agoda.
Yet in order to get into the elevator, you need to overcome a couple of stairs first and there is no ramp. The hotel is not accessible at all. If you need accessibility, you cannot find anything there.
The location of the hotel is pretty good, 15 minutes walk to everything. Yet very disappointed at my experience with them.

Nice hotel room and spacious. Initially i have booked Mokinba King but due to issues at 1st floor I got moved to its sister hotel Mokinba Baviera which is slightly out of the main city area & shops area yet it is still good place to stay. Staff were kind to handle the requests

Long story short:
- Pictures do not match the actual hotel- it has been run down and poorly maintained in overall presentation. Laundry on the floor all over the hotel in passageways etc,
- All staff except one (in particular) were pleasant.
- I had 4 rooms and all were co,peltely different. Some showers in particular were downright unusable. Couldn't even stand up properly because the width of the bathtub was too narrow so needs to stand with one foot in front of th other - ridiculous. Some rooms are tiny and some more spacious, but vastly different in design which was so strange,
Aircon works but is kind of stuck around d 25 Celsius which may be warm for some.
- Location is pretty good, about 10mins walk to Duomo.
Main elevator broken, and I have a feeling it will never be fixed so you need to use the tiny staff elevator which can fit 2 people.
- Considering the price of hotels in Milan, the hotel is ok, but lower your expectations vs the pictures you see online.
