Secret Outlook Lembongan

Nice and clean villa, lots of privacy and has everything you need for a long(er) stay. The view on the water is very nice and there are a lot of restaurants, bar's and small supermarkets in the neighborhood.

The private pool is very nice, but 90% of the say it's in the shade so it can be a bit cold. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this villa, I even booked a week extra!

Location was ok and easy to get around if you have a scooter. It is on a main road though so there is alot traffic noise.

Very fresh, clean and spacious villa. Good location away from the hustle with great views. Nice size pool, good AC and very spacious. Good communication from staff. Seaweed guest stay kitchen 50mtrs away serves the best bargain eats!

We had issues with th AC not working on arrival in the bedroom of villa 1. Was promptly moved to Villa 2 to resolve. Water pressure issues meant no shower for many days with multiple reporting of the issue to eventually getting a successful repair from the maintenance team. Ongoing fuse/breaker issues tripping and causing power out in the villa (not supply issue) eventually resolved. Mini bar was not replenished after our third day of 12 day stay. Pool was very dirty and asked multiple times for it to be corrected and cleaned. Staff attended to it but could not resolve this or improve the state of the pool in the 12 days we were there. Was compensated for the villa issues by way of minibar bill discounted by $100 aud.

The view was lovely. The smoke at night was overwhelming though impossible to have a nice sleep had bad headaches
