Excellent place to stay while visiting in Köln. Would definitely stay again next time. Andreas was a very wonderful host

Great property. Excellent location and very safe area. The parkplatz was very convenient. Excellent bakery/cafe around the corner. Good neighborhood to walk.

Would have liked to have a couch downstairs, there is one upstairs, but we were using it as a bed.

Very comfortable apartment in quiet location

The comfortable and well-equipped apartment is situated in a quiet residential street. Shops are in walking distance. The train station Stammheim, which offers a direct link to the centre of Cologne as well as Leverkusen, Düsseldorf and Essen, is only a short ride away and there is a park & ride car park right next to it. The owners live in the house and are always available and very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic

Very spacious, sparkling clean, nice kitchen, A/C on the top floor, great bathroom, quiet area, very friendly and helpful host. We came for a weekend event in Lanxess arena, the S-Bahn stop Stammheim is a 20 minute walk. The house is very nice and well thought through.

Very nice and cosy house/apartment with free private parking. It's just a 20 min drive from the center of Cologne which makes this a fantastic stay with a car, for a family with kids. Andreas and wife were super friendly and the apartment was well-equipped for a comfortable short stay. Kitchen had everything you needed (we didn't cook though, just used items to prepare breakfast and some cut fruits). Spacious apartment that can very comfortably fit and family of 4 and also had relatively new fittings and white goods everywhere. Will definitely come back again when I'm visiting Cologne!

Nothing that was not to our liking. Only minor inconvenience (not to the fault of the hosts) were that there were some road works that sent us on detours to Cologne. It's just a 20 min drive but check for traffic and road closures so you have a smooth trip to the city center.

Location is really good for me to go Koelnmesse. If I could I’ll be here again in next exhibition. Balcony and kitchen is nice.

Gute Lage, sauber, ruhig, alles da was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht

Die Unterkunft war sauber, war gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab alles was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren für 4 Tage für eine VA in der Lanxess Arena als Familie dort. Waren in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto dort.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles perfekt.
