It was okay. I was let down by the state of the stairs/stair case

Very beautiful property. Quite pricy tho

The stair case was so dirty. I understand that it is shared by about 3 or 4 flats but the state of it is unacceptable, especially for the price I paid for a two night stay

Teleurstellend

De locatie was wel heel goed! Je zat een half uurtje rijden van Keulen en een half uurtje van Dusseldorf.

Ons verblijf in dit appartement was helaas niet helemaal zoals gehoopt. We verbleven hier van 30/12 tot 01/01. Op de dag van aankomst werden we pas rond 15u verwittigd dat we nog 1 à 2 uur later konden inchecken, omdat de kuisvrouw niet klaar was. Normaal gezien mochten we om 15u binnen, wat voor ons erg onhandig was aangezien we een baby bij hadden. Bovendien was de eigenaar op dat moment telefonisch niet bereikbaar en werd er ook niet gereageerd op onze berichten via Booking. Bij aankomst bleek de chauffage niet te werken. Pas enkele uren later konden we uiteindelijk contact maken, waardoor we een tijd in de kou hebben gezeten. De chauffage in de grote slaapkamer heeft zelfs ons volledige verblijf niet gewerkt. Daarnaast was ook de douchekop in de badkamer kapot. Ondanks het feit dat de poetsvrouw extra tijd had gehad, was het appartement over het algemeen niet erg proper. We hebben deze problemen ook nog gemeld aan de eigenaar, maar tot op heden hebben we hier geen reactie op gekregen. Jammer, want met een betere communicatie en onderhoud had dit een aangenamer verblijf kunnen zijn.

Drei Tage ohne Dusche

Sauber und gute Betten

Das Treppenhaus war eher abschreckend und dreckig. Wir waren mit Fünf Personen angemeldet und hatten drei Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage, sollten wir beim Sofa nachschauen aber auch dort stand keine Tasche mit zusätzlichen Handtüchern. Die Dusche war nicht zu benutzen. Es sollte eine Video geben, die die Funktion erklären sollte, haben wir aber weder zu Beginn noch auf ein erklärendes Video oder Hinweise zur Nutzung erhalten auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Obwohl angezeigt wurde, dass die Vermieter 24/7 ansprechbar wären,waren sie am Sonntag gar nicht erreichbar. Vielleicht mögen andere Besucher mehr Glück gehabt haben, wir haben leider das Pech gehabt, dass sich unsere Gastgeber nicht viel Mühe gegeben haben, sich notwendiger Fragen anzunehmen und Lösungen anzubieten.
