💯 No 1 place to stay 💯

This property is exceptionally well presented with everything we could have needed for our stay. Located on the second floor of the property we had garden views with roaming rabbits and birds for nature’s entertainment on one side and street views on the other. It easily sleeps 6 adults with the living room doubling up as a third bedroom. Subway station, bars, shops and restaurants are all just a short walk (300 m) away along tree lined streets. This is a wonderful place to stay and our host was very accommodating and kept in touch with us during our stay updating us with relevant information. Many thanks Allesandro.

Great apartment to stay if you are visiting Cologne.

It is a really nice an private apartment, walking distance from a big supermarket and train station. From the train to Cologne Trade center is only 2 stops and to the Cologne Cathedral and center station is only 3 stops. Apartment has all the amentias, such as cookware , dishwasher washing machine. Allesandro was communicating from the day of the booking until the end.

Excellent stay in a very nice apartment in Cologne IM h

The apartment is large enough and well equipped for all possible needs for an even longer stay in Cologne with your family or a group of friends. It can also accomodate two families. The English speaking host is very kind and also professional. He offered us beverages and breakfast essentials on the house. The waterbed in one of the bedrooms was a nice touch, along with the jacuzzi in the bathroom and the generous shower cabin. The kitchen and the living room offer the space and means for spending a nice time together, while the bedrooms offers a cosy intimate atmosphere.

The access to the second floor apartment was only possible on the stairs and it was more difficult for the elderly. The parking space was slightly distanced from the property.

Die Lage war absolut perfekt !! Man ist schnell bei Geschäften, sowie am Bahnhof. Es gibt genug Platz und der Whirlpool ist das komplette Highlight. Einige Küchengeräte, Müsli, Milch und Kakao oder Obst gibt’s auch. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir sind einfach begeistert von der Unterkunft! Wir sind dienstlich aus Warschau angereist, nach mehr als 13 Stunden unterwegs, und waren sehr müde. Der Gastgeber hat uns empfangen, sofort beim Parken geholfen und ausführlich erklärt, wo es in der Nähe Geschäfte, Restaurants gibt und wie man am besten ins Zentrum kommt. Das war nach einer so langen Fahrt sehr angenehm und praktisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach fantastisch! Für die Kinder gab es sogar Frühstück: mehrere Sorten Müsli, frische Milch im Kühlschrank und Wasser zur Auswahl. Und das Angebot an Tee und Kaffee – ein wahres Paradies für alle Liebhaber heißer Getränke! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, und dank dieser Fürsorge war unser Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Wir planen bereits weitere Dienstreisen nach Köln und werden definitiv wieder bei Herrn Alessandro übernachten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen, die Gemütlichkeit, Liebe zum Detail und herzliche Gastfreundschaft zu schätzen wissen!

Een aanrader voor een meerdaags verblijf in Keulen met vrienden of familie.

Zeer ruime slaapkamers kamers, ruime zeer complete badkamer, keuken met alles erop en eraan. Badhanddoeken en keukenlinnen, gewoon voor gebruik, koffie en thee drankjes in de koelkast, ontbijtgranen voelden als een warm welkom. Fijn dat er ook vermaak was zoals een playstation 5 en mooie tv’s Zeer snel en vriendelijke reactie wanneer wij vragen hadden. Tips en info over de omgeving.. Er was zelfs meegedacht voor het parkeren van de tweede auto.

Wij hadden een brief met bediening van apparatuur handig gevonden (smart tv’s, boxen in de badkamer) en wifi was wat instabiel, tijdens het doen van wat werk op de ipad was dat jammer, maar ook dat was op te lossen. En zoals ik al vertelde was de verhuurder heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Super schickes Apartment mit dem gewissen Plus

War mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Es war eine super herzliche Begrüßung. Kleinigkeiten wie Milch, Obst, Wasser und Süßes für die Kids haben es perfekt abgerundet. Selten eine so gut bestückte Ferienwohnung gehabt. Alle Daumen hoch - tausend Dank! Wenn wir wieder in Köln sind, kommen wir gern wieder.
