Only thing would say some milk cartons, sugar and tea would be nice most English people love a cup of tea first before coffee it would be lovely to have that available but only nit picking as lovely stay

A great place to stay in Dinan Old Port

We had the top apartment of the three at Au Fil De L'eau which provides a stunning view of the Dinan Old Port on the River. The apartment is well equipped (dish washer, washing machine, coffer machine) and has a pleasant private garden and parking at the rear. Parking is hard to find in Dinan so the very central parking place is a real bonus. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes on both sides of the river all within walking distance. Communication from our hosts was excellent with clear driving instructions and photos for motorised gate controls and key safe etc

Excellent and recommended place

Excellent location used for our holidays in family (4 people) from recommendations by friends. The hosts are very nice, welcoming and provide excellent advises for the visits and the surroundings. Arrival by car is a little complex due to the obligation to pass through a very tiny street (yet was OK with BMW 4 series). Accommodation in the appartement (last floor) was excellent - just a little hot as under the roof.

I just missed a more harder mattress in the parent's room but I guess that's a matter of taste.

Great location, great apartment, great vacation!

The location of the apartment is perfect. Port of Dinan is lively but not crowded. The food is great and not expensive, compared to a bigger city like Saint Malo, for example. From Port of Dinan, it is easy to travel to Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cap Fréhel, and Pointe du Grouin for sightseeing. We stayed at the attic apartment, Le Jerzual. We loved it! The apartment is spacious, clean and has great views. It is simply decorated and is homely. The wooden beams and the angular ceiling give the apartment character. It is very convenient to have the parking at the property and it is not at all difficult to park! Philippe is friendly and professional. He has thought of many things to provide comfort and safety to the guests. The remote control for the gate and outside lights are very useful! Thank you, Philippe, for the yummy cookies and the bottle of cider!

-The roads at Port of Dinan were blocked on Thursday evening. We had to park the car somewhere else and moved it in the middle of the night. It would be useful to know it in advance since we were confused and drove around before we realized that all roads were blocked and the only option was to find a place to park the car and walk to the apartment. -For a few days, it was a bit warm in the apartment. It would be nice to have a small ventilator (an electric fan) in each bedroom.

Exceptional

Philippe’s apartment was PERFECT for our stay in Dinan with it’s excellent location right on the River Rance. The apartment is clean and bright and the view is spectacular. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, restaurants, bars and boat tours (seasonal). The apartment is very quiet and secure with a nice patio and lawn area. Parking was easy and our super host, Philippe, was always accessible and thought if everything. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Note: We were in the top unit which was extremely clean and comfortable with terrific views. Apartment was well appointed with washer/dryer unit inside which worked well.
