Great place to stay, central b

Location is excellent. Property is clean and easy to access once we investigated on foot. Secure parking a plus. Would recommed. Great host, very responsive. Access to city centre easy to find.

Pillows need to be updated. Maybe more detail on accessing parking for guests like us from Australia as we weren't sure if area was accessible by car. Once we worked it out was easy but stressful at the start!!

The apartment has all the amenities you would need and is ideally located. A little gem!

The apartment is ideally placed being overlooking the River Rance, Dinan. The parking was superb, tucked away at the back. There was a little outdoor seating area. The apartment was well equipped. We found it extremely relaxing.

Au fil de l'eau is beautifully located and has an attentive and helpful host. A bientot, Edouard.

The location of Edouard's place is excellent. To stay for a week in the middle of such a historic town, and right on the river, was wonderful. There were two bonuses: secure, private parking, and Edouard himself. His attention to our needs and detailed advice about places to visit were the icing on the cake.

Fantastic stay in Dinan

A couple of Aussies travelling France, we found the old town of Dinan in Brittany. Everything about this property was just perfect. Philippe met us at the property, and explained all about the apartment, the town of Dinan itself, and gave us good advice on the surrounding areas to visit. The apartment itself is well located on the port, with easy access to restaurants, boulangerie, sights, etc. It’s a bit of a hike up the cobblestone streets to the old town centre, but well worth the effort. Highly recommended property. Thanks Phillips, maybe we will return one day!

A really good value property. A wonderful location. The host was really thoughtful. It met our needs with excellent facilities. There is parking. It was clean comfortable and in the heart of the port village

Very minor things - The car park requires a very tight turn that may be too small for some vehicles but I got used to it. The toilet in the bathroom is very cramped

Situation géographique idéale pour un séjour à Dinan

Vue sur La Rance, équipements, logement spacieux ; proposition de la conciergerie par téléphone d'un remboursement total à cause d'un problème d'odeur comme il n'y a pas eu d'autre solution. Finalement, après avoir aéré et vaporisé avec du parfum, ce souci a disparu.

Odeur très désagréable dans une des deux chambres ; être au rdch un peu sombre, au lieu d'être à l'étage comme souhaité.

Omgeving ligging super...mooie zicht vanaf de woning..Avonds rustig. Goede bakker op 200m...(.festiviteiten mooi..).. Goed voor voetgangers en fietsers.(in weekend kade overdag afgesloten prima,snelheid langs kade 20km zeer goed)..Geeft rust...mooi fiets gelegenheid langs de rivier...... Hoger gelegen hystorische stad goed bereikbaar.......Vele eetgelegenheden op korte afstand.Afgesloten parking aan appartement gemakkelijk..De dikke muren van het herenhuis geven koelte ongeacht het warme weer...Mooi ruim appartement.met al wat je nodig heeft voor een fijne vakantie. Wil er graag terug komen.

Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée : 10.7 °C à 18h30 Bref, il a fait froid toute la nuit La literie est détestable : lit et oreillers Le propriétaire roule en Maserati mais n'a pas les moyens de payer suffisamment le personnel qui gère l'établissement pour organiser le chauffage et il est mal aimable quand on se plaint Le parking est difficile d'accès

Séjour agréable et confortable

Un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, avec une vue magnifique. Il est très propre et bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas profité du jardin à cause des températures de la saison, mais il y a de l'espace et il ne manque rien pour s'y détendre. Nous reviendrons à la belle saison pour profiter du barbecue !

Petit bémol concernant la télévision. En cette saison fraîche, la petite soirée télé a été un peu compliquée car les chaînes ne sont pas fluides, et les images se figent constamment. Je suis sûre que cela peut s'arranger ! Je chipote encore un peu, il manquait un tapis de bain pour la douche.

Gite très agréable et belle région, nous n'hésiterions pas à le refaire!

Gite refait à neuf, bien équipé, fonctionnel, wi-fi...par ailleurs tb situé sur le port de Dinan, parking.

Nous n'étions pas venu pour cela, mais la réception TV était très passable.
