We had an excellent stay at Hotel Nassfeld and would highly recommend it.
The location is perfect — only 20–30 meters from the ski lift, which makes snowboarding extremely convenient. The hotel has a very warm, family-like atmosphere. The room was comfortable, the ski room well organized, and everything overall worked smoothly.
The food was very good, with a special thanks to Tonka, the cook, for consistently delicious meals.
What truly made our stay exceptional were Bobo and Melita, who made us feel at home from the very beginning. Their kindness, positive attitude, and genuine friendliness made all the difference. Always smiling, attentive, and incredibly efficient, they created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere every day. Thanks to them, this became one of our best hotel experiences.
We will definitely come back.

We really liked that all the staff worked as a team. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and professional. The food was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner fully met our expectations. Of course, the location is great—just a few steps from the ski lifts. If we return to Nassfeld to ski, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is nicely located near the pistes, it is clean, and the rooms are well equiped.
The quality of the dinner was not something I would be looking out for next time.
Finding a place for the car to park is difficult, the garage of the hotel has limited number of places.
The reception was not very helpfull in finding parking places.
