Great value great location.

I had the superior suite that overlooks the pool and the beach. I could lay in bed and look at the ocean. The pool was the selling factor for me. Close to warrungs and basic shops for supplies. Breakfast is basic eggs pancakes fruit and lovely. Hot shower available. Very peaceful location although the chickens next door liked to chat a lot. I think only 6 rooms in total. Easy access to snorkel hire up the road.

Shower head could be replaced but still works fine.

Right on the beach with pool,clean. Kindly staff ,little English but I little Bahasa indonesia. Got what we expected. Stayed in room1 and son stayed in below in rm2. Spacious clean and well situated, would definitely stay again.

Nothing really,they delivered what they set out to do. Could dream for more but the price was very good.

Great room, great location.

The room and veranda size was fabulous, so big! We could watch the ocean from the bed. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, but it was a bit strange having the staff sitting around whilst you ate, probably better than not being able to find someone should you need anything though. The location was perfect, a short walk to Jemeluk for snorkelling and so close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The pool was great and very relaxing looking out to sea from it.

There was no atmosphere, it's a small place so most of the time we felt like we were the only ones there. Perfect it you want to be alone.

First time this side of the island and a good place to do it at.

Deluxe Master Suite I had was massive, well air conditioned and caught what breeze there was on the balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Breakfast is old style Bali simple. Pool pleasant and has shade in the morning and afternoon.

The concrete steps up to the room were high and short and this had me ever vigilant. Lighting for reading could be better, a lamp on either side of the bed with stronger globes. Cushions for balcony seats and pool beds - it was extremely uncomfortable without them.

Perfect location! Right next to the beach so you can just jump in and snorkel. There is snorkel gear rental next door. Rooms and bathroom are clean and didn’t have any smell. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is simple but the pancakes are delicious. The whole hotel is super well maintained with a beautiful garden and the staff are super friendly and willing to help. There is parking for a scooter outside. And there are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfy and pillows are not too hard. Just to note there is no restaurant at the hotel and no laundry service but those are easy to find close by.

The constant chicken noise next door but when you’re in your room with the doors closed you can barely hear them. But if you are staying quite long, bring earplugs. Language barrier can be a bit tricky with the staff but they are more than happy to help. Also best to ask them if you want the room cleaned each day.

Relaxing beautiful location. Right on the beach with coral and views.

Fantastic location with a pool right on the beach. There is coral you can see while snorkelling right out the front. The beach is stony, but most of the beaches around here are. The villas don't have a restaurant but there are places to eat and drink on either side. Rooms are large and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will go back here.

There are noisy chickens next door, but we didn't mind this as Amed is still a village and people have homes and animals. There are more and more tourist facilities and restaurants though.

Overall excellent and highly recommended

One of the nicest places you can stay in Amed. Rooms are right next to the beach and the pool is fabulous. Waking up to the sunrise every morning is a highlight. Staff are super friendly.

Just a couple of small things. The bathrooms have a lot of lime scale and could use a good clean to make it feel fresh Other guests leaving pool towels on loungers all day when they are not being used. It’s only a small pool area so sometimes there were no free loungers despite there being no one at the pool. The hotel could do with a policy around this like the big hotels are now doing to make it fair for everyone

Lovely room, location but…. Roosters!

We had the ground floor superior villa which was fantastic, looking onto the pool and the beach. It had an outside shower area which was lovely. Lots of plug sockets in the room. Great location for snorkeling and restaurants and diving centres!

Breakfast is a limited menu and average quality. Staff speak minimal English so there was a couple of moments of confusion. There’s no ‘vibe’ in the hotel, we only saw 1 other guest throughout our time. The bed was a little hard and the roosters that live next door to the hotel are very noisy early morning and throughout the day! Bring earplugs! We asked for a taxi to take us from the hotel to Padang Bai and the receptionist said he would do it, it’s an hour and a half drive and he drove so fast speeding up to 60 then sharply dropping down to 30 throughout the whole journey when there was no need and there was no rush. We asked him to drive more gently as we were both feeling travel sick in the back of the car but he continued to drive the same. I was thankful when we were stuck behind a lorry for a short time to get a moment of relief.

The pool and the staff were great Breakfast was basic but ok Rooms were clean

advertised tv and there was none working not that i always stay inside but I do like to wind down watching a movie in the evening after a day in the heat. I always book a room with one advertised and was disappointed there was none.

Loved it!

Excellent surprise for us with casa de amed. Great location close to our dive shop, adventure divers, and the rooms are right on the beach with great possibility for snorkeling. The rooms are very big, clean and we liked the terrace close to the swimming pool. View is good, again the property is right on the beach. we'll probably book again when we come back to Amed.

Superb oceanview

My room was spacious, airy, superclean and had an amazing view over the ocean! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Kettle, fridge and a dining table are a plus, if you want to make yourself the occasional coffee to enjoy on the breathtaking terrace.

Lovely stay and great location!

This is a lovely location right on the beach right by Jemeluk Bay. I picked this location because they had a pool and it was near Jemeluk. The snorkeling was nice right in front of the hotel and also in Jemeluk. We also dived on the wreck of the USS Liberty, which was nice too. Amed is quiet for now but has lots of family restaurants. Casa de Amed had clean rooms with a lot of space. The breakfast is basic but good. They have snorkeling gear, but the gear they had was broken or didn't fit. Some staff didn't speak English, but did their best for us all around.

The only down side was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't very cold.

The location of suite 4 , upstairs with a nice view, there was nothing else to like.

Failed completely on customer service & breakfast.( Have stayed here before that's why we chose to come back after having a great stay) Staff did want too clean room it seemed a big chore to them, to busy on there phone, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Staff picked up dirty towels off the floor and hung them up for us to use again. 1 toilet roll per day, coffee enough for only one, no milk. Breakfast was a disgrace for the money we paid ($80aus) juice was served in dirty glasses. No salt or pepper or sauce apparently out of stock. Was not offered coffee we had to ask. Even though they noted in room they organise for laundry to be done when we asked it was a no and not interested to help at all. No help offered to move luggage and demanded key before we had got our luggage down the stairs. No thank you for staying, nothing. Would I stay again DEFINITELY NOT. Definitely overpriced now for no service offered. Stay elsewhere.

The view from the suite is amazing , the staff is lovely, the room is clean, and everything is at our disposition in the bathroom (shower soap, toothpaste etc.)

The AC in the room was very noisy as if it was defective. The bed wasn’t very confortable but it is very subjective, the pillow were too thick.

Perfect beachfront location, clean comfortable room and bed, friendly and helpful staff.

The location is perfect. BEACHFRONT and snorkeling right from your doorstep. walking distance to warungs and restaurants. The property is clean and centrally located. My suite was beautiful, clean and the view simply stunning.

Fajny pokój z widokiem na morze. Śniadania w miarę ok.

Naprzeciwko obiektu budują nowy hotel - Cały dzień głośne prace na budowie. Obrzydliwie brudna plaża i śmieci na rafie - dosłownie worki i plastik. Przez cały pobyt brak WiFi - właściciel jakby nie do końca zainteresowany rozwiązaniem problemu. Obsługa hotelu praktycznie nie komunikuje się w języku angielskim, ciężko było cokolwiek załatwić. Pierwszy raz musieliśmy skrócić gdzieś pobyt bo tak nam się nie podobało. Generalnie całe Amed odbieramy bardzo słabo.
