The view from the terrace was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect to reach Rilski manastir. The room was spacious.
There was a little issue at tye beginning 8n the room but the manager Tsveta quickly solved it. After that was much better and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was with good breakfast and meals. Overall good place to visit Rilski manastir and surrounding areas.
The smell in the corridor. Maybe some nice fresheners will do good job.

Our room had excellent view of the large stream . You can hear the roaring water flow in your room. So if you are not nature lover, you may feel it is loud. But we had very good time. Even though the room is basic, it is very good value for money. It is very conveniently located near to Rila Monastery.
The restaurant food is average!

the staff is not welcoming at all, they look like they want to slap you in the face whether at the restaurant or the reception
