Cozy, warm, the best b&b experience

The host was lovely, as all of the locals for that matter. Our room was comfy, with amazing view of the ocean and cemetery. Breakfast was amazing. Whole experience was 10/10

Very nice and comfortable

Everything was perfect even though the weather was a little crazy. Very kind and helpful lady (sorry, we don’t know your name!) was there for every guest. The room was nice and cozy. Breakfast was very good both times.

A Great Place to Stay in Inish Mor

Lovely overall, very quiet, brilliant staff, beside airport, a quiet one. It is outside Kilronan sbout 2 kms, so.you if you are not a walkers, you will need transport if you are going there. Very restful, excellent value for money. Amazing area overall. Say hello to Clodagh for us.

Nice room with a charming dining area. Looks out over the sea towards the mainland. Some nice walks nearby. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast.

A little far from the town for me but I did walk to it. That being said, there are shuttles available to take you to and from.

Fantastic! Inis Mór is a fascinating place and well worth the visit even if a bit overrun by trippers coming off of bus

Clodagh was wonderful. Exceptional at providing options for activities and lining things up for us. Great B&B with sustainability features such as solar panels and battery storage installed in June. Very much cutting edge. Breakfast were very good, her staff kind and generous.

You have to take a taxi to/from downtown 2.5 Km each way running €5-7/ person can be spendy if you make the trip a couple of times in the day. A bit far to walk when the wind is howling and raining sideways.

Peaceful, clean, beautiful, great service.

Clodagh was an amazing host, arranged for a bike to be delivered before I arrived on the island via airplane. This allowed me to explore before I checked in. Breakfast was perfect, bed was comfy, and I met some furry friends on the property. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay on Inishmore. This wasn’t a problem for me, but others may like to know that the property is a 15-minute bike ride from the ferry docks. Clodagh was able to arrange for a bus to pick me up to drive to the ferry docks for 5€.

Fantastic stay with great breakfast, friendly staff, and beautiful location.

Beautiful property in a lovely location. The breakfast is fantastic and has loads of options. Clodagh and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of your trip and ensure your comfort. Bikes were delivered directly to the property, which was a great convenience. I can't recommend Ard Einne strongly enough and would very happily stay there again. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing experience

We stayed on this beautiful island and just arrived home yesterday it was an amazing weekend. Clodagh, our host, was absolutely so welcoming and helpful. I can honestly say it was a fantastic weekend break. The islanders made it extra special they were all so friendly.

Nothing from the time we arrived to our departure was amazing. We felt quite sad leaving. Thank you so much to the people of Inishmore.

All you need for a visit to Inis Mór is easily arranged at the Ard Einne

A very friendly and helpful welcome from Clodagh. She was very helpful with guiding us towards attractions, bike hire and arranged free transport to and from a nearby restaurant, plus a tour of the island. The views are stupendous. Tasty breakfast. It would be difficult to consider staying anywhere else when we hopefully return to this beautiful island.

The front sitting area was comfortable and a great place to visit with family. The outside space was also nice. We enjoyed the lovely views from the house. Our host was very friendly and helped us arrange taxis and a tour of the island. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely warm welcome from Clodagh, tasty quality breakfast and relaxing stay overall. Clodagh had our electric bicycles delivered to the door for our convenience. She always had a friendly smile and time for a chat and information about the island.

Beautiful views and a helpful host

We really enjoyed our stay at Árd Einne. The views from the room were beautiful, looking out over the ocean and a tidal lake. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to keep us going for the day. The owner was very friendly and helpful with great tips, and their dog and cat were also very friendly and always said hello to us! They also were very kind to drop our bags down to the ferry for us so that we could spend the last day cycling around the island and get the most out of our holiday. The B&B is on a quieter part of the island less visited by tourists, but only 15 minutes by bike to the main village.

Great bnb in the Aran Islands

We had a brilliant time, Are Einne is lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our ensuite room was very comfortable and the lounge was a lovely space to sit and relax. Clodagh was a friendly and helpful host.

It was a very long walk from village albiet scienic approximately 45-50 mins.Luggage storage is available at bike shop ( yellow shed)They can mind free of charge till check in and taxi available (many taxi busy doing tours in the morning) Bike hire is the way to go and Clodagh can organise to have bikes dropped of at the house

Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Our room was large and clean, very quiet location. Clodagh was a great host, very helpful with arranging a bike exchange for us and telling us where to bike to on the island for great views and visiting sites. Excellent breakfast as well. Would stay here again if visiting the island.

Lovely place and charming host

Clodagh was super friendly and offered so many great suggestions to us. Breakfast area was lovely and the food itself was just what we needed to start the day. She even provided non-dairy butter for me with breakfast.

Wi-fi was a bit spotty in our room, but we were out and about most of the day anyway so not much of a bother.

This is a quiet spot from which to enjoy the views and venture out to see the island after a delicious breakfast.

The location is stunning, on a quiet side of the island and on a hill with wonderful views. With rented bikes we got around easily. The room was very comfortable, and the downstairs sitting area was cozy and good for meeting people and chatting. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess very kind and helpful.

Walking distance from the airport. Very helpful owner. Clod (sp.) arranged bikes and a tour. She explained the island and was quite helpful with any needs. I arrived before check in and left after check out and she allowed me to leave my bags and use the common room. The views from the room were fantastic. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

It had beautiful views and was very quiet. There was also a nice make-to-order breakfast. Also, the manager (owner?) was very accommodating with helping order cabs.

It was a bit farther from the pier that I thought it would be. I think if I go again. I will stay somewhere more easily walkable from the pier where I came in the ferry.

Breakfast was wonderful, view was fantastic, facilities were excellent and Clodagh as host was just fabulous!

It is a little bit away from the pier where we landed, however knowing that only a short taxi ride and once we hired the bikes, we used them to come and go.

All good, the room was pretty and had a nice view. The location is not optimal, but reachable by walking if you don’t mind a long scenic walk

This was our favourite place while traveling all over Ireland! It’s quiet, beautiful, and amazing!

The host was very welcoming! She explained to us in detailed regarding the island and gave us lots of instructions and suggestions. The place was peaceful with amazing scenery. Highly recommend getting a bike to ride around the city! It is a beautiful and adventurous time. Expect to get your exercise in if you plan to walk or bike, totally worth it! Host is very attentive to refresh our towels and to make sure everything is doing well! Highly recommend this beautiful place.

I highly recommend getting taxi or bike to ride in to the bed and breakfast if you are carrying heavy luggage. If you don’t mind the walk, then ignore this comment. Even the walk it self was quite beautiful, do it if you are physically able to! Other than that, this is an amazing place to stay at!

Idyllic island accommodation

What a wonderful place to stay. The host Clodagh, was so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and great portions. The room was spotless and we slept really well. The location is absolutely stunning. Right next to the airport and across the road from a beautiful beach. I highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I would say is that it’s about a 7 minute cycle from the port, just something to keep in mind.
