The location and cleanliness are incredible good. The view also worth the trip

Only a small comment, the breakfast is good but I will suggest them to reduce the amount of oil in the fry eggs and bacon.

We had an incredible stay at this bed and breakfast. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place, with an absolutely incredible view from our bedroom overlooking the sea and the cows in the surrounding fields. The location was also perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of the Armada Hotel, which was especially convenient while we were there for a wedding. I have to say, the breakfast at the B&B was absolutely fantastic, especially the Full Irish, which was a 10/10. The family who run the B&B were so friendly, kind and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even helped us organise a taxi to Ennis when we needed one. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Having a private bathroom was a huge bonus, and there was plenty of wardrobe space as well as a large TV. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay with beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lahiff’s Bay View is a traditional farmhouse, part of which has been converted into guest accommodation while preserving the authentic character of rural Ireland. Some elements, such as the furniture, doors, carpets and crockery, have a charming vintage feel. At the same time, the bathroom has been completely renovated, and the dining area has also been beautifully updated. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained and cared for. There is also a cosy sitting room with a television and comfortable sofas, where guests can make a cup of tea and relax. Breakfast was prepared to our liking and was excellent. The scrambled eggs were probably the best we have had in a very long time! There was also a lovely selection of breads and homemade items prepared by the host. Our room had wonderful sea views, and as we were lucky enough to have good weather, watching the cows grazing in the fields beside the sea was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, when the owners’ son welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know, to breakfast and check-out, we experienced the very best of Irish hospitality: warm, friendly and exceptionally polite. We would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a welcoming, family atmosphere. Its luxury lies in its warmth, authenticity, personal attention and charming vintage character.

Breakfast was poor. Processed cheese in small plastic wrappers etc. Poor quality and choices. Outside lights left on all night and shining into bedroom through top of curtains , room never got properly dark.
