Excellent location, renovated bathroom, spacious.
It needs renovation on the outside, it needs better black out in the bedrooms. The apartment is fully functional but some improvements will improve the experience.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, con una habitación pequeña de dos camas y otra muy amplia con una cama doble y balcón. Además una pequeña estancia como comedor y la cocina. El baño es pequeño, pero cómodo.
Lo único que no estaba bien era la limpieza de cacharros y utensilios de cocina. El resto del apartamento estaba muy limpio, pero al querer cocinar algo, vimos que las ollas, cazos y demás no estaban limpios para nada.

Solo ed esclusivamente la vicinanza dalla stazione della metro CLOT. Praticamente sotto casa che collega i luoghi più caratteristici da visitare. Idem per i negozi di genere “alimentari”, attenzione SOLO mini market no supermercati.
Casa nn è assolutamente come nelle foto. Molto vecchia e fatiscente. Nn pulito e molto sporco (escrementi di piccione) il balconcino esterno. Molto molto rumorosa la sera/notte. La casa nn ha i condizionatori e credo proprio che d estate e’ invivibile. Una camera oltretutto nn ha finestre.
