Accommodation of 75 m². The building has a lift, washing machine, iron,
internet access (wifi), hairdryer, central heating, air conditioning
throughout the accommodation, 1 Television. The independent kitchen is
equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher,
crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The space
Enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay in this bright 75 m² apartment in
Barcelona, ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people. The
accommodation features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing a
functional and private space for a pleasant stay, whether for leisure
or work.
The apartment is fully equipped to ensure comfort throughout the year.
It includes air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms,
central heating, Wi-Fi, television, iron, and hairdryer. The building
has an elevator, making access easy.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven,
freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, as well as
dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils—perfect for preparing meals just
like at home.

tranquility of a spacious, functional, and well-located apartment.
Please take into account the following important information before
booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed,
guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will
provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and
after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the
necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including
the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and
windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property
is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

must-see, with guided tours and the option to climb the towers.
Hospital de Sant Pau – 10–15 minutes on foot. UNESCO World Heritage
site with modernist architecture and beautiful inner gardens.
Passeig de Sant Joan – A nearby street for strolling and enjoying
cafés, bookstores, and local shops.
Mercat de la Sagrada Família – Traditional market to try fresh products
and enjoy the local atmosphere.
Bicing / bike routes – Public bike stations are available to explore
neighborhoods like Eixample or Gràcia.

The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts,
burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities
of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for
the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if
available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of
the guest.
