fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery,
utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Wake up every morning in a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment
in Barcelona, accommodating up to 6 guests. With 74 m², this space
offers a perfect balance of comfort and functionality, ideal for
families or groups exploring the city.
The apartment features an elevator in the building, central heating,
air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and iron, ensuring a
pleasant stay all year round.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven,
freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery,
and kitchen utensils, making it perfect to prepare meals just like at
home.

Barcelona by day and relaxing at night.
Please take note of the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however,
replacement or change during the stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request
it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.
-Late arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. The property will charge this 14 days before arrival. Payment will be taken by credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition. The refund will be made in full to your credit card after an inspection of the property.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine)

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
