Location, cleanliness, big apartment, beautiful design, polite and freendly house keeper.
I like staying there it was very comfortable and beautiful.
When we arrived at 03:00 pm the automatic check in machine did not work and we had to wait one hour for the house keeper to come because he had a test from 02:00 to 04:00 pm. although we had a small baby and we were tired. I think an apartment with this high review and price, should not let the customers to stay one hour like this, they should have another solution from 02:00-04:00 pm for customers in case of the machine did not work.
Second thing, the cleaning of the room every 5 days otherwhise , we should self pay. I think there should be cleaning every 2 days.

We arrived late at night. The room card is easy to get from the machine. You just have to be careful to select the right language at the beginning.

The location was excellent and the apartment was enormous. I was worried after reading some of the reviews in here but I cannot fault it! Yes the self check in takes time but it is straight forward.
Would come back again for sure as it’s the perfect spot to hop on the Metro, walk to Sagrada Família and enjoy the local bars and restaurants.
Maybe needed more glasses and plates but otherwise all good!
