Nice, well furnished and reasonably spacious apartment, the AC was powerful enough to cool it down.
Two separate bathrooms are very useful when you are in a larger group. The location is really good, close to the metro and the city centre.
Water pressure was way too low, even after opening the valves fully. There was a lot of stuck black mold on the shower head, which I had to clean myself first.

We've arrived outside of the check-in hours, but there was no problem. There was an additional cost, but communication was smooth.
There is a welcome-package with some sugar/salt/pepper, 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 washing machine tab, etc, but it was very minimal. A couple of more tabs, some coffee and a bottle of water would be very nice for those who arrives late.
The TV is kind of broken with very bad sound and screen problems, but it was not a big problem for us.

Simple and enough space. Quiet area, not bad but need more effort to make it a better and cleaner place.
Hope can be more clean and more decoration.
