BBarcelona Clot Apartments

De borg kon alleen met creditcard betaald worden.

Location handy for Clot metro station to get around Barcelona. Plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Quiet area.

Bardzo przestronny obiekt, z balkonu widzieliśmy kawałek Sagrady Familly , wszyscy zachwyceni.

Brak minusów !

It is very close to the Clot metro station, there were several groceries stores very close by. Very good AC system for all bedrooms.

It is not as cozy as it looks in the photos, some very basic things were missing, like a cup in the bathroom for toothbrushes and a soap holder, there was no toilet paper holder either. No basket or holder for shampoo and shower gel in the shower either, everything had to be on the floor. But the worst thing was that nowhere in the description of the property was it mentioned that one of the bedrooms is literally sharing a wall with the elevator in the building which was super loud, we could hear the conversations of the people in the elevator, the banging of their suitcases early in the morning and late at night. It was also very bright because there were no blackout curtains for the “window” which was the wall between the bedroom and the elevator so it was bright whenever someone used it. This was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the beds either, old springs under the mattresses, felt like you’re sinking in the middle. Last but not least - there were multiple scratches and stains on the walls, so when asking for a €300 safety deposit, I think it’s only fair to provide proof of the prior state of the property so that it’s very clear which damages were caused prior to our stay and which by us, if any. Otherwise you’re entirely at the mercy of the people who will “examine” the property after you leave.
