Perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Sagrada Familia. A lot of fast food, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Spacious apartment, big terrace. Washing machine and a big fridge, all appliances as described.
Some of the furniture is outdated or in need of repairs. The whole apartment needs deep cleaning.

Posizione ottima, mezzi, centro

Bagno pulito. Disponibilità del proprietario nel rispondere alle richieste.
Appartamento datato, ingresso del palazzo sporco. Scale ingresso ripide e accesso all'appartamento poco adatto per persone anziane.
