Super, bo mieszkanie ma 3 sypialnie w tym jedna podwójna, dwie pojedyczne. Możliwość dogrzania się klimatyzacja. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, choć naczynia i sprzęty trochę brudne. Dla osób, które planują w mieszkaniu tylko spać - super.
Nie było najczyściej. Sąsiedzi są dość głośni, lubią późne powroty do domu, a ściany są dość cienkie.

O aparelho cumpre com o esperado mas nada mais. Fica perto do metro.
Fica muito afastado das zonas mais movimentadas da cidade. Não recomendo para quem quiser fazer a cidade a andar.
