The location is very central. Close to two metros and bus stops. Very walkable and a safer area at night. The property also has central air conditioning which is very important in the summer in Barcelona.

Excellent property and location. Well stocked. Clsoe to metro station and supermarket.
A bit difficult to gain access on a Sunday. Fortunately, there is a button on the outside door and speaker to speak to someone to gain assistance to entry and key to apartment. The passport reader had difficulty accepting my passport, but I answered a series of personal questions to gain access to the apartment key.

The air conditioning was super efficient. We loved sitting on our balcony. Everything was clean and tidy.
