The rooms, the meals, the athmosphere, the super friendly personnel. We had a great time and would love to come back.

To perfect a already great service, we suggest the following: - let dinner start a little earlier, for instance at 19.00. Especially for small kids who have ski lessons at 9.00 the following morning, finishing dinner at 21.00 or 21.30 makes for short nights. - have more options for vegetarian and vegan guests in the dinner menu. Right now there was a choice of (delicious) mostly meat dishes, which my wife unfortunately can’t eat. - in high season around christmas and new years, offer a bus service to the ski slope at Andalo. Many hotel guests go there immediately after breakfast, and the parking gets full over there really quickly. I would pay for a service like that.

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and is very good value. The whole property is exceptionally clean. Breakfasts are excellent and the chef was able to accommodate our dietary preferences. Will definitely stay here again.

Family run hotel in a beautiful location

A lovely family run hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The highlight was the dinner and breakfast (we had half board). Dinner was 4 courses; with normally a buffet first course and a choice of 3 items for the other courses. It is hearty local food which suited us after days walking around the lake or up in the mountains.

Very nice reception personnel, they were awaiting us although we came very late at night and helped a lot with things and information. The room was fine, the furniture a bit outdated, but the view was nice (even though it was to the other side of the lake).

Bathroom cleanness was questionable, some hair in the bathroom here and there from previous guests.

La posizione della struttura comodissima al centro del paese e vicina al lago. Magnifica la vista sul lago. Ottimo e di qualità il cibo. Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari e di tutto lo staff. Possibilità di ricoverare la propria bici nel deposito e possibilità di noleggio a basso costo delle mtb assistite. Un plus l'utilizzo della vasca idromassaggio vista lago nel giardino.

Felici del soggiorno,ci torneremmo e consigliamo senz'altro l'hotel

La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la posizione fantastica dell'hotel,senza dubbio da 10 Ciò non toglie che abbiamo apprezzato tanto altro: l'ottima colazione (eccellenti i succhi di frutta freschi) da 9 che secondo il nostro punto di vista era un pò carente solo per il "salato" (ad esempio non c'erano focacce o pizzette) la simpatia e la cordialità del proprietario e dello staff che ti fanno sentire perfettamente a tuo agio la veranda e il solarium (con annessa una bella vasca idromassaggio) molto graditi con una panoramica da "favola" la camera,molto carina,di dimensioni corrette per 2 persone e dotata di quanto ci serviva,con balcone vista lago il parcheggio auto,siamo sempre riusciti a trovare un posto e per esperienza da queste parti non è cosi scontato il rapporto qualità prezzo

L'hotel,molto bello esteriormente,è carino anche all'interno ma (potendo) avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria/restyling,ad esempio non ci sono le tessere per aprire le porte delle camere (ancora le chiavi) e mi chiedo come facciano a capire se possano entrare per le pulizie oppure se i clienti sono dentro la stessa a proposito di pulizie,abbiamo trovato la camera in ordine,però (almeno per quanto ci riguarda) è un pò la nota dolente in quanto si sono limitati al minimo sindacale (per terra non puliva nessuno) e alcuni particolari andrebbero curati maggiormente (la carta igienica dovrebbe essere nuova e il water sigillato) il bagno non è finestrato
