Amazing hotel and staff.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The check in/out experience was swift and polite, the breakfast buffet was lovely and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The view from the terrace with the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing (and the jacuzzi was seldom full), both during the day and in the evening. On one occasion we decided to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, the food was impeccable! The staff were very welcoming and polite and helped you out with any and all requests that we had during our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Well cleaned room with fantastic view on lake

Not being able to control the lights on the balcony. We are early in the morning and go early asleep. The light on balcony is automatic turned on and off but was on when we wanted to go to bed. You can close a shutterbut then the fresh air is gone. For us not good. Breakfast was ok but coffee was awfull, would be nice to have english breakfast

Calm and gracefully place where enjoy beautiful nature, views and food.

I appreciated the professionalism and the kindness of the hotel staff, the quality of the facilities, the readyness of the ski-navette service, the superb lake view and the calmness of the old city centre (the old church is right in front of the hotel). The hotel meet all our demands and expectations, I'd suggest it without hesitations.

it's hard to find something I didn't like cause everything was well done. If I have really to say something vaguely negative I'd say that in the morning we had to wait a bit for having a clean table.

Great room, better view

Newly renovated, comfortable stay at a beautiful location. Our room was very nice, brand new, bed was the most comfortable we stayed at the whole trip. Nice bathroom, good size with all toiletries needed. And the view from our room was amazing! Such beautiful sunset that you can enjoy from your balcony, chairs and table was also provided. The staff was nice and friendly, helped us with cable car tickets. Definitely recommend!

The dinner felt very rushed, the staff started cleaning the whole restaurant while we were still eating (brushing off the crumbs from other tables, taking care of dishes, etc), even though we showed up at the indicated dinner time. Dinner time is only 2 hours, so there was not even a choice to come earlier. Even though we made a reservation, we were not allowed to choose an empty table with a view, because it was reserved for the guests that were staying longer, we felt like second class guests at that time. We would not recommend having dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, but there are a lot of other options around the city. Also, the jacuzzi was cold and had too much chlorine so we couldn’t use it.

Small room, lukewarm staff, difficult parking situation where your car gets parked in by other guests who don't leave their key at the reception (so no way to get the car out at times), no wellness despite relatively high price.

Struttura con vista panoramica sul lago. Struttura pulita. La colazione varia e staff molto gentile e discreto. È presente una vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo consigliato dopo una giornata in montagna. La ragazza della recaption molto diponibile e chiara nella comunicazione

Alcune stanze sono un po datate, quindi è un po a fortuna. Quello che ci ha spiazzato è che una sera abbiamo utilizzato la vasca idromassaggio e ahime ci hanno chiuso fuori per sbaglio, il problema non è stato questo inconveniente ma che nessuno ci abbiamo chiesto nulla il giorno dopo durante il check-out. Altra cosa è che il check out è alle 10 e alle 10.10 sono entrati, senza bussare in camera dicendo che serviva la stanza. Da migliorare un po i modi per alcune persone dello staff.

Un 3 Stelle al di sopra delle 3 Stelle!!!

Questo Hotel ha davvero molti pregi: in primo luogo la gentilezza e disponibilità di Alessandro (in grado di risolvere con incredibile efficacia ogni esigenza e ogni problema), una vista sul lago davvero mozzafiato e poi in generale tutta la ristorazione (con una menzione speciale per l'ottima colazione, sia un qualità che in ampiezza, che rende ogni inizio giornata davvero piacevole). E' notorio che i 3 stelle trentini sono sopra la media nazionale, ma qui diventa lampante!

Dal balcone della nostra camera (la 204) si godeva di una vista meravigliosa su tutto il lago di Molveno. La cortesia e la professionalità di tutto il personale, in particolare della receptionist Diana e del titolare Alessandro.
