Great Hotel, but expensive and charges additional costs

Lovely resort and location with friendly staff and excellent facilities.

The price of staying at the hotel is high, but the hotel then proceeds to charge additional costs for smaller things. Our daughter joined the creche for the friday dinner, with the hotel charging €25 for her attendance. (She only ate 2 slices of pizza) The rooms have a coffee machine included but they charge you €1.5 euro per capsule.

The best overall hotel experience.

The entire property was well thought out and was true resort. The multiple course dinner was an event and the breakfast buffet has to be the best in the business. The quality and presentation of the food was outstanding. Everything was well thought out to enhance an enjoyable stay. Loved our room and balcony view of the lake. The two pools were wonderful. The massage by Vera was simply magnificent. Thank you.

The internet connection is beyond bad. The hot tub/spa needed to be hotter.

Ideal place to close out a vigorous hiking vacation

The room and balcony were very spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable seating area and fantastic views of the lake and mountains. The entire facility was well kept and modern. The indoor and outdoor heated pools were full of wonderful air jet features. The restaurant served creative dinner preparations and also a nice breakfast buffet. The service was polite, very competent, and respectful.

I wish we had another night there.

Great room, don't expect a good service, in the centre of Molveno.

The location is ok, 5 minutes from the beach and the room is big and nice.

Can be better service, basically we came in late for breakfast and when we overstayed for more than 5 minutes...they just came and reminded us to get out...instead of waiting 2 minutes for us to calmly drink our coffe.

Best hotel in this Garden of Eden like town.

If you are planning on visiting molveno already then you have a lot of options for hotels. I can't speak for others, but I don't think you'll find a more luxurious yet affordable resort. Huge modern rooms (pay for the lake view room, it's worth it). The spa is so delightful but don't forget that it's a nude spa meaning you can wear a towel when you go in the saunas and steam rooms but you have to be naked underneath that towel. Pretty normal for Europeans but if you're from America that's always something new. The spa closes at 7:30pm and opens at 5:30pm (at least on Friday). It even has a gym that opens at 9am, no dumbbells but a lat pull down, chest press, ab crunch, and cardio equipment. They have bikes you can rent as well as book things through them. I cannot speak highly enough of molveno as a town. If the garden of Eden was a place it would be this town and this hotel.

Comfortable, high quality, great service, with mild bouts of discomfort due to uncivilized guests

Loved the location, friendly stuff, delicious breakfast and having parking included with our reservation was incredibly comfortable. Having access to an indoor pool was also fantastic! Our room was huge and very comfortable, with an absolutely incredible view, and though several nights dropped below 0 we were toasty warm while also appreciating the many sustainable features, including self-block heating when a window or door was opened, the ability to maintain our towels, etc.

Only a few small things - the parking spaces were a bit tight, and unfortunately the person who had parked next to us had not been instructed to do so in a manner that would allow us all to comfortably enter or exit our car. The pool area, while beautiful, did not have any kind of personnel, which made it easy for many people and families to ignore the rules posted, like wearing a hair cuff, small children not being allowed inside the pool unaccompanied, etc. Finally, though the room was declared to be soundproof (and we were happily not able to hear outside noises nor our same-floor neighbors), we did unfortunately hear every stomp, furniture move, and argument from the guests on the floor above us, who were unfortunately awake quite early in the morning and late into the evening with their shenanigans. Oh well!
