V hotelu jsme byli poprvé a doufáme, že ne naposledy. Mezi hlavní výhody patří především poloha hotelu – úžasný výhled na jezero a skvělá dostupnost lyžování. Velkým plusem je blízkost nástupní stanice lanovky na Pradel a zastávka skibusu na Paganellu přímo před hotelem. Ráda bych také vyzdvihla kvalitní matrace a výbornou čistotu v celém hotelu. Jídlo bylo naprosto skvělé – domácí, pestré, plné místních specialit, ale i ryb a mořských plodů. Opravdu předčilo naše očekávání. Největší předností hotelu je však personál. Je vždy usměvavý, ochotný a nápomocný. Díky nim jsme se cítili jako doma a velmi rádi se sem vrátíme. Zvlášť děkujeme za pomoc, kterou nám personál poskytl při našich zdravotních obtížích. Takový přístup je opravdu výjimečný a velmi si ho vážíme.
