Residenza Alba and our stay in Molveno

Location of the apartment in the center of Molveno was excellent. The view from the apartment was excellent. The apartment was a good size and provided a good sense of home. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking was available under the property. Marco was a great host, friendly and helpful. Overall a really great place within Molveno.

A couple of minor personal negatives, The beds were hard and didn't allow for a comfortable night's sleep. We weren't able to adjust the temperature in the apartment, if we could it would have been able to make the apartment more comfortable for us.

Perfection in the centre of Molveno

This is a beautiful property right in the centre of town with a magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Marco is extremely helpful and responds quickly to any questions we had. We are so excited to return soon!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. It is situated in the centre of Molveno, but it’s very quiet. The communication with the host is very good. We recommend!

Would definitely visit again

Great location and host was very helpful. We had a baby cot for our little one and close by you have the city center. The accommodation was very good with all the necessary items for cooking.

Parking entrance was very tight, that was not a problem of the property but it is something to have in account.

Very good

Very nice apartment (the view is excellent) in the heart of city of Molveno. Beds were comfortable, and Marco was very helpful.

We missed some basics in the apartment (hand soap, dishwashing soap, oil, salt, pepper etc), we needed to buy this for ourselves. The parking requires good skills since its quite small, but very nice to have a parking place inside the building.

Excellent! Fab apartment and great location, we’d love to go back!

We had a great stay at Residenzia Alba! The apartment was huge and very very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were met by Marco who was lovely and really helpful, and made sure we were happy with the apartment and had everything we needed. Location was about a 5 minute walk (uphill) from the lake which meant we could leave the car behind during the day and just walk down to hire kayaks, take a picnic to the lake or go for a walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, as well as a convenience store around 1 minute away.

Only one extra thing would have been helpful which is some washing up liquid and tea towel in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was great! The store was close by to pick some up anyway so wasn’t a problem for us.

Fijn appartement aan dorpsplein

Mooi net appartement gelegen aan het dorpsplein. Leuk balkonnetje met uitzicht op het dorpsplein en een stukje meer. Op loopafstand van het meer. Maar je zit ook wandelend vrij snel bij de kabelbaan om de bergen in te gaan. Fijne ruime keuken. Complete inrichting met o.a wasmachine, goede grote moderne keuken. Vriendelijke host (sprak echter bijna alleen maar Italiaans, maar met Google translate kom je een eind). De prijskwaliteit verhouding is ok, alhoewel het wel wat tegen prijzig aanzit..

De douche was netjes, maar de douchekop is wel aan vervanging toe. Let op dat de parkeergarage ingang behoorlijk smal is: als je met een SUV/station komt is het erg passen en meten, de parkeervakken daarenegen zijn wel redelijk ruim. De matrassen op het bed zijn wel wat hard, maar dat is misschien ook persoonlijke smaak.

Appartamento ampio, pulito, luminoso e accogliente. Posizione centrale con comodo e indispensabile posto auto in garage. Marco gentile e disponibile. Adorabile il suo cane!

Servirebbe qualche appoggio in più in bagno. Sarebbe carino far trovare i sacchetti per effettuare la raccolta differenziata.
