We enjoyed the lovely view from our balcony as we were looking out over onto lake Molveno and the mountains in the background completed a perfect image. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The fact you could hear the people in the next room, and this was even them just talking. We could hear the tv from next door when going to sleep. The opposite side I woke up in night to the sound of a loud water noise. Which was the toilet next door flushing or them having a late night shower. It was as if the walls were made out of cardboard. In the corrridor again it was loud as you could hear everyone chatting/being in their rooms. The price was quite high considering you could book a night for similar price somewhere near but that had a wellbeing spa and pool. The view at these hotels may not have been as good as hotel Aurora, but if you had a room on the back not having these views it would not be that good. The breakfast was a little shabby, needed a little.more choice, mainly cakes, sandwich fillers with rolls or bread.. One morning we came down and there had been waffle batter to make your own. When asking if anymore being made, the answer was no.

One of staff was rude on us, called us as "stupido". She doesn't speak English and always used Italien, which we don't speak. She marked to our room a few bottles of water, which we don't ordered. This ended in an argument at reception. Horibble experince

A lot of work to do to win customers appreciation

Even though there were few building cranes around nearby, the view was awsome:you could actually see the Molveno lake right under the hotel in front of the main entrance. That was cool

The actual building lacks some renovation&restyling, the fornitures, the shower, the heating and heating system in the room were almost archaic; in the toilet you could actually notice some plain dirt around the walls and within the showerBox;the dining room was actually decent, but the overall buffet(breakfast&dinner) was absolutely POOR and almost non existent! Expect to use an elevator that takes you back in time in the late 70s or 80s..(i exclude the 90s....)...I don't want to be as arsh as I could sound, but for a single night stay and for its price, I did not really like it. Worst thing of all, I had to spend few hours in the room, and when looking out of the window, all I could see is a Grey dark side, the worst view you could ever get: on the left side the parking lot, on the right, literally nothing and in front of you nothing again cause there was a sort of dying tree that covers everything. By the way, I appreciated the outside in front of the main entrance where you can find few sits and enjoy a caffè&cigarette: it almost felt like being in balcony right over Molveno lake. The reception and the waitress were nice and smiley.

Very friendly and helpful staff (Italian & English speaking). Good breakfast buffet and dinner. Hotel offers a bike garage and a spacious parking lot. Its not a luxury hotel but definitly good value for your money.

Beautiful location, handy place to sleep but don't expect much else

The hotel was in a beautiful location and the view from the shared terrace was fantastic. Also a short drive to Andalo ski area. Was able to park outside the hotel every day. The room and a door you can lock and was en-suite.

I love Italian hospitality and food and had been in the country for well over a week enjoying both until I came here. The staff did not make much effort and by the last night they ignored me and looked miserable as did many of the guests, offered me no drinks and just dumped food on the table. They kept giving me the wrong food. After the first day only eating food from the hotel I had diarrhoea and on the last night during dinner I had to run to my room to be sick. The food here is not great as the photo's would have you believe. The beds are old and squeak and the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours getting amorous as well as arguing coming from downstairs. I assumed towels on the floor would mean "please replace them" but it does not. women's hair appeared in the bathroom while I was out and the shower door would not close properly. I was concerned that there were bars on the windows but the ski deposit was never locked. I should have done more research and read the 1 star reviews. I felt for the price, this was bad value for money. I think this hotel needs to have the stars reviewed and a food hygiene check. I was tempted to find somewhere else to stay by the last night I felt so bad

La struttura all’interno è vecchia, tutto arredamento e mobilio degli anni 89, inclusi i sanitari e il box doccia scassato. La pulizia è scarsa (capelli e peli in bagno nella doccia) e la colazione è molto al di sotto di quello che uno si aspetta in Trentino. 165€ a notte per una doppia lo pago volentieri, ma per un albergo decente, questo purtroppo non lo è

Non mi è piaciuto della struttura la doccia perché era rotta, la colazione perchè poteva essere più fornita e saltava sempre la luce fella camera appena accendevi il phon.

Toccata e fuga (velocissima)

L’unica cosa bella è la vista sul lago

Tutto. Struttura fatiscente, crepe ovunque, battiscopa arrangiati con pezzi di legno (dove ci sono,sennò non esistono). Copri letto macchiati, vetri sporchi, pavimento sporco, sportello della doccia che si stacca dalla guida, soffione della doccia minuscolo che oltretutto schizza ovunque, doccia minuscola, acqua che scorre nel wc per tutta la notte, prese elettriche che non funzionano tutte, un’odore “particolare” in tutta la struttura soprattutto nella sala colazione. Le stanze sono minuscole con armadio a ponte, telefono degli anni 80. Una coperta di lana che fa impressione anche a toccarla piena di capelli e peli. Arredamento rimasto tale dall’apertura che andrebbe rimodernato, basterebbe poco per renderlo migliore.

la vue sur le lac

tentative de supplément à 12€ pour une vue lac, alors que la chambre à vue sur le lac. la chambre est vétuste, le mobilier est ébréché voir cassé. toute les option n'été pas présent et l'installation électrique, ne permet pas de ce brancher correctement. le lit double été composé de 2 matelas une personne. j'ai prit la formule TOUT TAXE comprise, et j'ai comme même payé une taxe de séjour !

Vista stupenda ma non vale l'hotel per ammirarla

La vista e la posizione sono il punto forte dell'hotel, infatti dista 3 minuti a piedi dall'impianto di risalita; per questo hanno la possibilità di alzare il prezzo rispetto alla qualità di camere e ristorante che non ho trovato all'altezza per quanto speso.

La camera era molto vecchia, il letto era rotto e anche il letto a castello era vecchio; sdraiandosi nella parte inferiore e guardando le doghe del letto sopra erano tutte scritte con i pennarelli e firmate da ragazzi/bambini che avevano soggiornato nella camera precedentemente. Non ho capito se è stata una scelta voluta lasciare le doghe in quello stato. Il bagno, vecchio, aveva il box doccia scocciato e anche il doccino era degli anni 60, si potrebbe sistemare con una spesa minima. Il ristorante non è all'altezza, mi spiace perchè il personale è gentilissimo.

Überteuert und Renovierungsbedürftig

Mir hat nichts gefallen.

Nach der Buchung wurde ich nichteinmal 20 minuten danach angeschrieben wann meine genaue anreise Zeitpunkt sein wird. Auf Nachfrage ob ich mein Kopfkissen bei Ihnen vergessen habe wird hingegen seit Tagen nicht reagiert obwohl den ganzen tag jemand am PC sitzt. Vermutlich ist das Kissen in den Besitz des hotels übergegangen weil man mich ignorieren möchte. Das Zimmer selbst hatte eine laufende Spülung es war sehr eng und herundergekommen. Ich war zuvor am Gardasee und hatte für 8€ mehr ein Zimmer neu renoviert mit Klimaanlage Kühlschrank und einem TV mit deutschen Sender. Ich kann das Hotel absolut garnicht empfehlen.

Stupenda vista sul lago di Molveno.

La struttura è dotata di una terrazza con vista sul lago di Molveno. Stupenda. La stessa vista abbiamo potuto goderla dalla camera. Colazione abbondante con personale sempre a disposizione. Tutti estremamente gentili.

Nulla. Struttura e staff hanno rispettato le aspettative. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto. Le stanze sono un po' datate e lo spazio è essenziale ma ci si muove bene. Una persona corpulenta potrebbe avere problemi con il box doccia, un po' piccolo. La struttura è posta in alto rispetto al piano del lago ma è coperta da un servizio gratuito di navette che portano in su e in giù.

Prachtig uitzicht, verder niet veel aan

Het terras met geweldig uitzicht is heerlijk. Op 20 minuutjes lopen (wel flinke klim terug) is een prachtig meer. Het ontbijt is goed.

De kamer is verouderd, het bed slecht en de douche dramatisch. Ik ben niet groot maar pas met moeite in de douche kabine. Het personeel is meer met elkaar dan met de gasten bezig. Op terras is geen bediening behalve voor de vrienden van het personeel.
